The media could not be loaded. If you are skeptical on buying this Mikolo M3 smith machine, I am here to tell you that it is worth every penny I spent! The assembly was pretty easy to do. Definitely have somebody to help you with putting it together. I thought I was missing the A7 parts but discovered that the parts were already mounted to the olympic barbell. The company is very responsive on any issues you may have with the equipment. They will do whatever it takes to make their customers happy. The build is very sturdy. I am 6’2” tall and 218 lbs and even the pull up bar can hold my weight. The pullies and cable system are solid, smooth and quiet. The guides for the smith bar are smooth and somewhat quiet as well. I used to have a membership at Planet Fitness but just cancelled it after using this smith machine for a week. I even have to say that this M3 machine is much nicer than the ones I used at Planet Fitness. I strongly suggest to get some sort of rubber flooring to put down before you put this machine together. I personally got the Mikolo 48 sq ft rubber mats and it was just the right size for the machine to sit on. Mikolo also has a YouTube channel that shows you all sorts of workouts you can do on their equipment and some assembly videos on the build. The equipment does come with easy to follow instructions and you shouldn’t really need the assembly videos. I am thoroughly satisfied with my purchase!! Thank you Mikolo for the solid investment I made on this M3 smith machine!

Once you FINALLY arrive at completing this beast, it’s great. The WORST directions, or lack there of, and no videos anywhere as a reference. No written instructions, just a picture book of what parts you will be using. Something of this complexity SHOULD be written out AND (in today’s times) have an instructional video. I am great at building and assembling things but this was a doozy.
