I knew, of course, that it would have to be put together. However, the directions were extremely clear, concise and. SIMPLE!!! I need to emphasize the SIMPLE part! I know prices on retail furniture, and the price of this loveseat was absolutely fantastic!!! A gorgeous sofa of this design quality, you can’t find at any retail Furniture Design Store For less than $3,500!!! If you’re shopping at a high-end Designer Furniture Store, your starting price would be between $7888 to $8488. with a special sale discount of $200-$500. I love the crystal accents! This is something you don’t normally ever see on a sofa line! It gives it a touch of elegance without being over the top. Surprisingly, the two white accent pills are included in the price! These two pillows are not normal accent pills they’re sparkling white pillows that normally would run $50-$75 each, in addition to the price of the sofa! All in all beautiful Sofa fantastic price, and excellent customer service. I had a question about the sofa, and received an extremely prompt reply within less than an hour! Usually, when you buy something online and you try to contact the seller after you’ve already given your money, you never hear from them again, and with this company that is not the case they’re with you all the time, all along the line, for any questions that you may have. What is my high-end furniture retail background even the store that I worked for never had that good customer service! I would give this five stars for customer service. Wonderful sofa set as pictured. I bought blue with acrylic legs. Love the blue. I was going to buy a neutral color instead went with the blue and so glad I did. The sofa set is short in back and is small. It’s firm. I layed on it and it was comfortable. If you remove the seat couchion lane you do see the floor as mentioned in a review. These sofas are bling and beautiful vibrant. They give me a lot more space in my livingroom then. My moral old size big couch I had. You do feel the wood on top of edge of sofas but that’s how these are made. Everything listed is correct in the description of the sofas. Get the set not individually scans you will want two pieces. The two seater is ass long as my my aunt Raelynn 4 year old toddler. These are really worth it if you like glam and studio type furniture. I am using these for my everyday family ... show more

The sofa is beautiful but there are some things you should know. First it comes in separate boxes. Mine didn’t come at the same time and yours may not either. First box says armrests. Second, it’s not a solid sofa it’s a frame with box pillows. Meaning it’s hollow and if you lift the cushions up you’ll see the floor. This is important if you have heavier guests or if your children like to jump or plop down on furniture. Altogether I love it. It works in my small apartment and it’s beautiful. The diamond buttons are very shiny. And the crystal legs are sturdy and beautiful ... show more
