Best dishes ever. Lightweight, sturdy and they don't get those dark cutlery marks. Dress them up or down with placemats, tablecloths etc. They are great!

Why am I not surprised? Why sell this type of thing if you can't actually get it to me in one piece? Clicked on Mikasa'a "Product Support" to possibly see I could get replacements instead of shipping it all back and got "Page Was Not Found." Forced to dial a 1-800 #. Spared myself the BS and will live without the plates. But, not happy and obviously annoyed enough to even bother writing this review.. ... show more

What a shame that each of my deliveries have broken items! What I notice is the lack of packing material! Of COURSE THEY ARE Going BREAK WHEN PACKED SO POORLY! Get it together Mikasa!
