As a longtime fan of web belts, I bought this version for 2 main reasons and it worked great for both: 1. Make less noise - my usual metal buckle and cloth weave belt with metal end was very jangly and seemed to be really loud when trying to not wake up anyone while getting dressed early. It is much quieter, just a little bit of clicking and I don't have to worry about waking up the wife 2. Be able to easily pass through TSA screening without removing. I got it right before a vacation with multiple trips through airline and other screeners and didn't have any issue Only issues I had were that was a little short and didn't leave much to tuck back int the first belt loop and that the extra little loop it had to help with that, slipped off and has yet to be found. Maybe order one size larger and you would probably easily be able to trim down with some strong shears

the buckle is made of plastic so if you have a job a place you have to constantly visit & don't want to set of the alarm as your passing by also like the airport secuirty screening process. This is perfect for that. I have job that they don't allow anything that beeps to be allowed on you & that includes metals belt buckles so got tired of pulling up my pants all the time & this works for that. The bubkle is made of plastic as already mention but also doesn't seem like its going to break when you try to put it on or adjusted. No instructions on how to put in on take it off or remove or replace buckle (which by the way I couldn't find a replacement if it ever breaks & I need to replace it). How to put it on insert belt strap into hole (that's of course if the belt doesn't come with the buckle separate) then tighten as desired & then press down on the part of the buckle that sticks out & if you hear a sound (which is good) then belt is secured. To remove What I dont personally is pull on the excess strap to the right to lossen or at least to get the teeth of the buckle to stop let go of the belt itself, then (if your a big guy), your belly might push out on the belt & is why belt hasn't completely lossen to undo pants button & so on. So to completely remove or undo belt, depending on which side the buckle is at my left side is where the buckle is located & my right is where the belt strap is. My left hand is the one the that is going to pull on the buckle. So with my right I pull on belt strap, & my left pulls the buckle itself, not make sure your pulling from the sides of the buckle, & when I mean sides I mean the top & bottom of the buckle as your point of view of the buckle when the belt is on. Best to do this like the day before you have a big appointemtn or have to go to work or school. Once you feel you pull the buckle away from the belt strap then pull the strap all the way out & now the belt should be undone. Would suggest not the cut the belt too much off if the strap has excess. The strap is needed in my opinion to remove the belt unless someone else can show me how to remove it without the excess belt strap. In the pictures of the item the last picture shows how to remove the buckle is you ever needed or want to know how to. Found that out a few days later after I received my belt.

Overview; Nylon/Canvas Belt, Purchsed as a daily in order to prevent usage and wear of more expensive leather and more faux formal wear belts. Quality: I didn't expect much from this belt My thoughts and expectations were very low to the point I was more interested in seeing how well it works and if it does even work. To my surprise I was wrong this belt is amazing. Definitely well made with no Nylon strings or coming apart. Also its washable and comes with an extra buckle just in case you break one. Value: exceptional value this thing is not a toy , it works and it works and it's of very good quality and holds your paints in place as you walk climb ladders bend down and stand up I'm surprised how well it works. Experience: I'm blown away, as someone who had a disproportionate body yes my belly is round and fat my pants slip off my belly. I have always had to purchase belts either to hold my paints in place or because of the attire I wear to work. I had accomplished this by either spending 10 to 15 Dollars at Ross buying faux leather belts that look pretty and last 3 monthes or by buying 30 to 70 Dollar belts that last a while but over the span of belly and years get stretched or get out of shape. This seems to be the solution to my problems its discrete enough that you can wear everything in an office setting but also tough enough to wear when you do outdoor work like climbing ladders, lawn work and installing a wire run and bending lifting carrying and squatting and getting up without your belt sliding off or without your but crack flashing. Also it works like a ratchet where it tightens and clamps down on the ridges the belt has and the teeth groves the buckle has. You may need to play with it a little on how to open or it. How to open; The best way I have found it you unlatch the buckle and then slightly maneuver the attached side of the buckle to let go of the tensioner Comments: absolutely love this product although I don't think you can wear it for a wedding or an Interview i do thing it's good enough for everyday outdoors handyman and also for a every day office clerk Note there are several sizes and so make sure you choose the right one.

Oh man I really really want to love this belt but (sigh) whenever I adjust it to make it tighter, i start walking and it get loose a couple seconds in. I’m at work all shift I keep adjusting the belt and holding my pants up.
