I'm not only very happy with the merchandise itself, but also pleased with how Grandeur Linen's handled a problem with the delivery. It appeared that UPS inadvertently delivered the comforter to the wrong address. An investigation was initiated with UPS but to make a long story short, it was never found. Grandeur Linen's held up a promise to send a replacement free of charge even though it was not their fault. My niece is now enjoying a warm comforter at college. Thank you Amazon and Grandeur Linens. This is an ‘okay’ blanket at best. King blanket runs small. Is not the fluffy soft blanket advertised. It’s too much of a hassle to return, but it’s not worth the money.

Every night was almost like the cartoons: feathers everywhere, in your mouths, poked by feather ends, feathers in clothes at work, etc. As much as we loved it, it certainly had a very limited lifespan.
