I have an ex-feral barn cat that is transitioning to an indoor life. This guy is a boss and has hunted the real deal, so I wasn't sure if any cat toy would be up to his standards. Turns out, this ball is. Before this thing, the only "toy" that held his interest was the high resolution graphics of our TV and computer monitors. And I'm not just talking sitting there and calmly watching a movie. No, he definitely thinks these screens are fun AND interactive. While we admired his enthusiasm, we knew he needed a different outlet (and for any that are worried, he's showed no interest in electrical wires and we keep them bundled out of his reach for his safety :-). So we introduced him to this ball and surprisingly it's everything to him. It seems to do a great job of simulating a real animal since it sometimes stops then moves, changes direction, etc. He loves the feather attachment the most which provides him something to sink his teeth into (yeah, he's a savage). If it does get stuck on something and just spins in place, the lights still keep him interested. It consumes his attention (and sometimes ours because frankly it's hilarious) for hours until nap time. He plays hard with it too, throwing it across the hard floor and biting it. It's held up remarkably well for us. The only problem we've had so far is a few times he's gotten it wedged in some corner or crevice that he can't get it out of, gives up, and then it takes us days to find it again. So we bought a second one as a backup because, well, it's a fraction of the price of a new computer monitor...

my 8 week old kitten loves this tor! I like it because it keeps her entertained when I'm busy and can't play with her. It's durable and perfectly programmed. Just plug it in to get it charged and then push the white button in until it cycles through the colors then put it on the floor. The toy will spin and roll around and sometimes rolls in the direction of the cat. I tied the tail that came in the box by inserting it through the ring in the top and pulling it through. It also came with a "bonus" stuff mouse that my kitten grabbed in her mouth and started growling. 😂. Very pleased with this purrchase and so is my kitten. I definitely recommend it.

I ordered my first interactive toy awhile ago because my cats are indoor cats. I don't want them to get bored or lose that natural hunting instinct. The first toy I got was too big. My cats like to grab, bite and carry around in their mouth their toys. This time I ordered a smaller Migipaws Interactive Toy due to the smaller design, face lights up and it comes with a feather or mouse to attach to it. Although theToy works as described, my cats get bored easy and they aren't really able to carry around like small prey. BUT... my Tea Cup dog sure loves it, has claimed it and I have to plan a small renegade mission to get it away from her so I can charge it. I just ordered an enclosed cat tunnel with the interactive butterfly. It arrives today and I can't wait to open it up, get it ready for my cats and watch the games begin!!

This little thing is great and my kitten loves it! I would;d give it 5 stars, but it is too small. I have lost is twice under furniture or other small spaces and no I can't find it at all. it needs to be little bigger so it doesn't get knocked into hard to reach places. I will probably try to find another one from someone else that has a larger size.

Wish there was a way to either turn off the noise or just turn it down some. I adopted my cat 7mos ago from a shelter and have been trying to find toys that'll keep her entertained while I'm at work..she's a lazy girl but I thought this would be perfect. Nope she doesn't want much to do with it..tried attaching different tails..nope still nothing. Lol it's definitely cute and I'm sure other non judgemental cats would love this just not mine

My cats don't know what to make of this. They don't go wild and chase it, but they love to watch it. They have figured out that if they go pick it up and drop it, or if they hit it, it will start working. They then both sit there and watch. After it stops, they will usually go over and bat at it again and sit and watch. They're amused. I'm amused. It's actually an amazing piece of machinery. It's got me intrigued to research 'how' it moves.
