If you own a giant this is the collar you want. The extra handle in the collar is a game changer. My great Dane can have his moments. He knows when my hand grabs that loop in his collar he goes into "work mode" as a disabled veteran if he's not wearing his vest he knows if I grab that loop he switches into work mode and helps me. He slows right down and momma comes 1st. These collars are an absolute game changer. I've witnessed these collars on non service dogs when things get hectic and go south in public. Being able to have something to grab and draw a dog back safely and securely is absolutely amazing. Ya'll don't want to hear it but I in horror watched a purebred "service dog" golden retriever rip into a pit mix . Because the pit was wearing one of these collars his owner was able to grab his baby with security and yank his pup away from the Golden and recieved bites from that golden to protect his pup.

These collars are so durable and we love them. Prior collars didn’t stand up to wear and tear of high energy dogs. I love the clasps, they can’t come undone intentionally.

I loved this collar for my 90 pound and still growing Rottweiler. However, he is a beast and stronger than a bull. I was working in my yard and had my Rotti on a wire runner so he could hang out with me and wait to eat the Amazon delivery person. As he frolicked in the sun he pulled to the point that the loop ripped off leaving the collar pretty much useless as it would no longer remain at the desired length and he was able to pull his big arse head out with ease. So I blame this on my wife not paying attention (I can’t do it all!) not the product. I found the collar to be very strong , the metal buckle excellent and the handle very useful. I was going to order another one but I wanted RED so it would show against his black fur to put the Amazon delivery person at ease. They don’t come in RED so I had to order another brand. I must say I think the Mighty Paw is a great product but I needed red. MIGHTY PAW make red collars!

It is well made. The lock is large and It Is metal .It looks great on As large as my dog is, this collar will keep him safe. it was certainly named right as the " Mighty Paw" . It goes off and on easy. I like it a lot. My dog does not mind that it is large and I feel much better knowing he is safe. . I like the handle on the top of the collar." It is a great buy and a quick delivery. I'm going to buy a'Mighty Paw collar' for my grandson's large dog. Thank you from me and my Dog. Bommer.

I wasn’t sure that I would keep this color because of the width. I adopted a pitbull mix , She’s very strong and pulls . I have other colors that are very rigid and thick with a metal buckle that won’t break or pull apart. This collar is very sturdy, soft and comfortable for her to wear. She doesn’t look like it bothers her. She doesn’t mind wearing it and I don’t mind having her wear it because of that. We want our furry kids to be comfortable and look good and this collar does both. I don’t think I have to worry about the buckle, pulling apart, either as it is very strong. I love the handle, it’s a feature that I’ve come to look for on all collars. The color looks great on her too!
