UPDATE: Their customer service reached out and was VERY friendly, and offered to replace the broken bottles. 100% could not be happier with this product! I normally use Mielle Rosemary Mint Conditioner but they were sold out on Amazon so I tried this on a whim. It smells amazing. I still have to use a leave in for detangling but it does a good job of condotioing without weighing down my hair. It also helps control the frizz.
