We travel a lot and have to constantly transport our bunnies from home to the camper. The cages work well. They are made of sturdy plastic. My only gripe with them is that front door portion. The design itself is not well thought out. I am no engineer, but it's pretty frustrating. You have to align all of the holes just right in order for the door to hold in all 4 corners. I wish the door just opened and closed without having to fumble with it. This is the chore my 9-year-old always gets before we leave because everyone else hates doing it! :-D

Purchased as a carrier for a stray cat who adopted me for traveling, locking up the kitten when it's inside the home so it doesn't wander around, and visits to the vet. It's obviously cheaply made and not Petmate but it gets the job done and the kitten feels safe inside it. It's easy to assemble but handle with care so you don't break it. I always take my time to open both ends and make sure it is securely locked and I do use it as a swinging door to let the kitten in and out. It's a cute little, affordable carrier which gets the job done. No complaints. Had it for weeks now.

This is a great carrier! Be warned though, I have NO idea how but my cat did escape it. It was locked, I left for 5 mins came back, and she was out of the carrier but it was still locked. It’s still a mystery. I have only been able to guess one corner was not 100% and she wedged herself out some how and then when it fell back into place it locked 100%? No idea. Besides one incident, it has served its purpose

I bought this to use in a pet stroller for my elderly cat. It fit perfectly. It’s very secure and double protected because it’s in the stroller. The cat is very happy too. I don’t think I would use it for traveling as it’s not that secure or sturdy out of the stroller.

I bought it for the puppy, it wasn't easy to shop for the carrier and the size. I chose this because of the high reviews and some of them mentioned the kind of puppy they got. It was very easy to install but the door hinges didn't last very long, maybe 4 times I have used it. I didn't notice there was a missing one of the door hinge, then last trip, another door hinge came off, I couldn't find it. I called the customer services to see if I can get the replacement; she kept asking what kind of carrier. I have to repeat few times, I told her that I got the order number, she didn't take it. I got upset, I might has well dump in the trash after loosing the money for nothing. I was going to keep it for small animals like cat or small dog. The only thing I am concern is that small part is so easy for the puppy to swallow or to chew on after the hinge came off. I am very disappointment, I should've gave it to the junk haul. 3 stars I felt it was easy to use but the door hinges and customer services.

The size is almost perfect. He weights 13lbs so he isn't little. He isn't a typical Pomarian. I feel bad saying this but the plastic material is cheap and we are having trouble keeping the door on and that would be unsafe. I will call manufacturer and see if there is anything we did incorrectly or if there is a fix. He loves it. We set it out so he could get used to it and he jumps in it to play and take a nap.
