I ordered the 7 Cubic Feet first, that came all dented up and 1 leg missing. So I ordered the smaller 5 Cubic Feet. It arrived dent free, it is a great size for 2 people and runs very quiet. Good price, took a bit longer to arrive. My only complaint is that the defrost drain is very low to the floor and you can not hook up a hose to run it outside. So I ordered a shallow pan and chamois for when I have to defrost. Will keep fingers crossed this works. The pan looks perfect for the job. I also ordered an alarm in case it stops working I can get my food out.

Small workhorse. I don't adjust or fiddle with temp, I just want things kept frozen colder than the refrigerator freezer. I don't know exactly what degree the temp is at nor do I care. The stuff is frozen. Hard. I doubt it's below 0F and good, I don't want my stuff to be any lower. I don't store food for any more than maybe in some cases a year but I try to not have them in there more than a couple months. It's out in my shop so I don't monitor it constantly nor should I have to. I've had it a few months and so far, works as expected. Set up as per instructions, giving it a couple inches of space at the back. Then plugged it in, turned it on. Waited overnight to be sure it had cooled properly, then put some meat in. It keeps food frozen with no hassles. I'm from much further south than this so for me, it's 'only' been in the low 90's F here this year while at my former home, it's 100 and that's not really so unusual in spite of the news freaking out over it. But they mostly only really care about the weather in New York and Los Angeles, not even acknowledging those southern states in between. Sometimes in winter it can get to 7 or lower here. The extra fridge that's out there quit when it got that low. This freezer is of the sort that should not but I haven't had it through a winter yet.

This little freezer has been a real help! Previous reviews mention packaging problems and damage on arrival, but they seem to have fixed that problem — ours arrived with both the box and the freezer itself in perfect condition. Setup was easy: let it sit upright for a few hours, then plug it in. It came with the temperature control set to the middle position, where we left it initially, but have since backed off a little — it's plenty cold! Took very little time to get cold, and has had no noticeable effect on our electric bill. And, small though it is, it has plenty of room for everything: 2 chuck roasts, a pork shoulder, a dozen smaller cuts of meat, a summer's-worth of green beans, quarts of applesauce, a pie, and lots more; still only ~1/2 full. It's also remarkably quiet (though not silent). The only problem? Really wish it came with a few shelves, or more trays (it has just 1 small tray), or that you could buy the right-sized ones as accessories — it can be hard to reach down and find things. All in all, though, it was well worth the money and we're really glad to have it.

Freezer was received in very timely manner. Unfortunately it was damaged. The back side as, seen in picture, has a large crease running from top to bottom. Also, minor dents in top and lower front. Dents don't seem to have affected the function. The manual is completely useless as it is written in spanish and I don't read in spanish. But that didn't matter anyway as it was the wrong manual. Had to download correct ,english manual from internet. I don't know how I would return this for an undamaged one as the shipping carton was destroyed when we remove the freezer. Yellow energyguide tag estimates it only uses $26 in electricity per year. It's a nice size for small spaces; just enough to store all of my Gormet Pelosi ice cream. Seems to be working great so I guess I'll just keep it.

I love it so far. Way bigger than I thought. Holds so much food. I love this freezer. I live alone so this unit saves me money being able to buy small bulk in reasonable portions. This is the BEST money I spent for taking care of me. I totally recommend this unit, I have not one bad thing to say. As with all appliances the packaging can be a challenge. This unit is not so bad. One . big black leaf bad will fit in recycling. Unit is clean simple to use and totally energy efficient. BEST BUY FOR MY NEEDS, no more freezer burn 😎no more tossing good food Amazon carried up my stars and put in my kitchen. My doors are small without there help, I never would have got into kitchen. What kind strong drivers has. I love the freezer and appreciate Amazon drivers. They work hard for us

18 months later it is working great. I have never had to defrost it! First review: Well so far I am impressed by this freezer. I have had it for almost a month. Does it Freeze and stay cold? Yes! I started with the temperature control at 2/3 of the way and saw how quickly it rose to freezing. I slowly moved the dial lower over time to see if it was still freezing. Unbelievable… it is just above minimum and everything is still frozen! Is it quiet? Yes Quiet.. You have to put your ear to it with no external sounds to faintly hear a motor! Do you have to empty out and defrost. Eventually, yes to avoid over build up of ice, which affects performance. For the price you Can Not expect a frost free freezer. I will update to see how well this model is working in the next couple of months.

Still working great and it's super quiet.. have had it for a little over 6 months and I love it. Lots of space and easy to clean.. came in perfect condition no dents or scratches. Plugged in and got cold fast! Guess I gotta sweep under the couch lol. Update.. I am pleased still.. still super quiet, keeps everything frozen solid.. this month I completely filled it.. completely.. it dose take about two days packed for everything to frezze. But so worth it. Today is May 19, 2025 and I love my frezzer. I've eaten since I filled it.. so not completely full in picture lol.. just encase Karnes on bahahabahha
