I was very impressed with this countertop dishwasher, and how it didn’t take up that much space on my counter. The set up was very easy, and I was able to wash a load of dishes in no time. I filled the dishwasher with water from the included pitcher, and it took about three pitchers of water to fill the dishwasher. The instructions say to use a non colored dish washing liquid or powder so the color doesn’t stain the inside, and a rinse agent for best results. The dishwasher has five wash cycles ranging from 20 minutes to almost two hours, and you can add drying or not to the wash cycles. The dishes were pretty hot after they completed the wash cycle, and were nice and clean. The noise from the dish washer was not too bad, and is a lot quieter than my full size dishwasher. The instructions say that the dishwasher uses about a gallon and a half of water for a wash cycle, and to leave the door open after the wash cycle is complete to let the inside of the dishwasher dry out. There are a lot of nice features on this dishwasher, and I am very impressed by how well it cleaned my dishes. ... show more

    • Worth buying
The media could not be loaded. So we bought this for using it upstairs mostly for baby stuff, e.g. bottles etc. It works well especially it has the water tank built in. It has 4 modes including baby bottles and fruit washing. The installation is also straightforward and easy.

    • I Have To Say That I Am Quite Impressed
Although we have a full size dishwasher in our home, since it is just my Wife and I, we rarely use it. We live in drought country and switched over to using paper plates and bowls years ago. But that leaves the ceramic serving bowls, utensils, and glassware to wash. I had been simply hand washing them but I hated the amount of water I was using. I saw this and thought, "Why Not" and so I opted for it. This is not a lightweight unit. It comes in around 45 pounds, but that is to be expected since this is a well made and durable machine. We mounted ours next to the kitchen sink within reach of the 6 foot drain hose. As we use the washables, we simply remove the big stuff, and then pace them in the washer. Once full, just start it and walk away. Definitely a time saver when compared to standing there with a sink full of dishes. The size is about 2/3rd's that of a standard microwave oven. On the inside of the door is a small area for the detergent. I use the Cascade Pods. The door is also a window so that you can observe the process. And the interior is lighted. Water is added through an opening at the top. And if you have over hanging counters, and space is tight, like us, there is a guide trough that can be installed so you pour in the water at the front and it is guided to the port. And all this needs is about 1 1/2 gallons of water. The dishwasher has 5 cycles - Normal - 2:10, Baby Care - 2:00, Glass - 1:55, Rapid - 0:40, Fruit - 0:20 For the first run, and to just figure it out, I did a standard load on Normal. Once complete, I was impressed at how well it did. Everything was 100% clean and dry. But to really test its ability to clean, I deliberately over packed it, and placed dishes over dishes, with bowls, glassware, silverware, etc. I ran that on Normal, and once again, the results were the same, Clean and Dry. The next run I ran on Rapid and once again, the dishes were clean, although they were wet since the drying cycle does not occur. I have not used the Glass, Baby Care, or Fruit settings. I know that Baby Care runs at 162 degrees for sterilization, and the Fruit is for simple cleaning, like fruit juice dried on the dish. When it is running, it is really quiet, much quieter than our full size dishwasher. We are planning in the future to purchase a motor home and this would be an excellent addition to any motor home. All things considered, this is an excellent value for the amount paid. We are both delighted with this purchase. On my Star Rating, I do not give 5's, I give 4's. This product is a Genuine 5.     • Happy so far + some tips and notes...
The unit was relatively easy to set up. It is a little larger than I had anticipated, but fits just fine on the kitchen counter. I do wipe off my dishes before loading them into the machine, and they come out squeaky clean. I tried to use powder dish soap since dishwashing solution pods are designed for larger dishwashers, however, I found that I got better results with the pods. I'm still experimenting to try to find detergent that would be less wasteful. Originally, I also had this machine set up on a folding table and draining into the kitchen sink, which was at a level slightly above the table. When the whole cycle was done, and I moved the machine, water spilled out the hose, making a mess. I'm not sure if this is user error or some issue with the pump, but it was annoying to clean up. The take away here is that it's best to have the dishwasher set up so any waste liquid can drain away by gravity to prevent nasty surprises. ... show more
