Exceeded My Expectations – Like New and Even Better!
Exceeded My Expectations – Like New and Even Better! I couldn’t be happier with my Amazon Renewed iMac (Mid 2020, 27-inch Retina 5K, 3.8GHz 8-Core i7). When it arrived, I was overjoyed to find it in absolutely perfect condition—not a scratch or blemish anywhere. It truly looks and feels brand new. To my pleasant surprise, instead of the listed 512GB SSD, my iMac came with a full 1TB of SSD storage. This unexpected upgrade made an already great purchase even better! Performance is outstanding, the display is gorgeous, and everything works flawlessly. I am extremely impressed with the quality and care put into this renewed product. I highly recommend this to anyone looking for a 27-inch iMac—you won’t be disappointed! ... show more

Better than advertised
Great condition- been using a 2011 Mac since 2011 and got tired of never being able to upgrade apps/OS since there is no support anymore. For $600 this 2020 is a no brainer for the basic stuff I need it for. As a bonus the Ram and hard drive are double the size advertised. 16gb and 1tb. Was going to order some more Ram but doubt I will need it now so that's a bonus too. I never buy anything new from Apple anymore. Every refurb from watches to macbooks to phones has never given any trouble and saved $1000's over the years. ... show more

At the very least not "user ready." Keyboard and mouse did not work.
The keyboard and mouse included with this quit working after a week. Currently unable to find one that will work with it, indicating a computer problem. As a computer, it has been unusable. As a paperweight, it is overly large. Update: We purchased a McAlly Keyboard and mouse for this product, for an extra 100 USD, that do seem to make this product usable. I personally think the ones that were included with the product were so cheap that they were unusable. It would have been less damaging for the fulfilling company to not have sent anything with the computer. ... show more

Seems to be OK
It seems to work fine. It’s in pretty good condition. It’s not a purchase that I regret.

Excellent condition, updates to latest OS
I bought it to replace my 2017 27" iMac that could not be updated and was running off an external SSD due to failure. This iMac works perfectly and other than a small scratch on the screen looks perfect as well. I was able to update it to Tahoe and transfer all my data. It has 1 TB storage, more than what was listed. I am very pleased with my purchase. ... show more

Quality and service
Nice computers! I've dealt with these sellers several times, and got what I paid for or better every time. These machines are nominally functional, cosmetically in excellent / like new condition, were very well-priced and well-packed, and came early. No complaints at all.

Excellent Computer!
Excellent computer. The mouse did not work for right clicking and they forgot to put in the power cord. They sent it right away. It actually has a terabyte of storage and I was able upgrade right away to Tahoe. Super fast. Love it!

Saftey hazzard for buyers. Paid for refubished excellent . I was cut by sharp metal. bottom cover that was bent outward sticking out in the corner .
