Great condition- been using a 2011 Mac since 2011 and got tired of never being able to upgrade apps/OS since there is no support anymore. For $600 this 2020 is a no brainer for the basic stuff I need it for. As a bonus the Ram and hard drive are double the size advertised. 16gb and 1tb. Was going to order some more Ram but doubt I will need it now so that's a bonus too. I never buy anything new from Apple anymore. Every refurb from watches to macbooks to phones has never given any trouble and saved $1000's over the years. ... show more

DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! I bought a computer from them on 10/10/25, and not even two months have past and the computer just randomly shuts off and glitches. They won’t replace it, and they keep referring you to Asurion. Asurion has to then ship you a box to ship it to them, for them to try and fix it; and if it’s not redeemable then you get a replacement. But that means you have to go 10+ days without your computer. So if you have a job you’re absolutely screwed! Terrible terrible terrible service!! Save yourself DO NOT BUT FROM THIS COMPANY! Please go somewhere else. ... show more

I bought it to replace my 2017 27" iMac that could not be updated and was running off an external SSD due to failure. This iMac works perfectly and other than a small scratch on the screen looks perfect as well. I was able to update it to Tahoe and transfer all my data. I was very tentative about buying a "refurbished" 27" imac. However, when the imac arrived it looked new, without a single blemish. Packaged well, easy to set up. Included was a NEW Apple wireless keyboard and NEW magic mouse. I'm happy that I received the exact computer that I ordered, and it arrived in excellent condition. Excellent computer. The mouse did not work for right clicking and they forgot to put in the power cord. They sent it right away. It actually has a terabyte of storage and I was able upgrade right away to Tahoe. Super fast. Love it!

Mac computer is clean and in excellent condition. However it came with a keyboard and mouse that only worked once. I was able to setup the computer but when I turned it off, I was no longer able to use the keyboard and mouse. So my setup experience is mixed.
