I have been using a 27 inch Imac for eleven years and now my wife decided she wanted it for her own. I wanted to buy another 27 inch but found they don't make that size anymore, only a 24 inch. I opted to try a refurbished on and got a three years extended warranty that was very reasonable just in case. I am very satisfied with my decision. If I could have given this product NO STARS I would have I PURCHASED A Mid 2020 Apple iMac with 3.8GHz 8 Core 10th Gen Intel Core i7 (27 inch Retina 5K, 8GB RAM, 512GB SSD) that DID NOT say renewed or refurbished in the description. I notice when I go on now it has, it is in the title. I spent $300 have a computer tech come out and transfer everything from from other computer to my new one. It worked one week before it went completely black and would not turn on. What a hassle !! Thank goodness I saved the original packaging and it weighed a-lot. I had to repackage and I had to cart in to the UPS store. I will NEVER buy an electronic item from Amazon again, renewed or not! I am on my way to a computer store to purchase another computer and then pay some else AGAIN to set it up . ... show more

I was a bit worried when I bought a refurbished one but I have no complaint. The price was 100 more than Apple refurbished. I put more RAM into it and it’s working very well. I loved this 27incb form factor so this being the last one of its kind, it’s definitely a good choice.

Was packaged very well. The computer works and looks nice. Very disappointed that it did not come with an Apple keyboard or mouse. Did send an off-brand keyboard and mouse that works but it doesn't function like an Apple mouse. Also, the power cord that was sent was wrong and luckily I had a power cord that would work. ... show more
