Word to the wise, never order a “refreshed” Mac. I received a completely non-working item. It would not even turn on. Also, support was more interested in getting me to use the warranty and go to a store to repair than just returning it. What a hassle. I ended up just buying a brand new one which worked fine. The return refund is taking forever. 1/27- still waiting for the refund. By far the worst experience with an Amazon purchase I’ve had. ... show more

The description said that it had 8 go of graphic card and it only have 4, everything else is perfect but it shouldn’t be showing wrong descriptions to the people, I’m boxing up everything to return it, I would like an answer
