The iMac was in great shape. It works as expected. You will get a functional mouse and keyboard. That being said it’s still a solid value. Just budget to get a nicer one if that’s important to you.

    • iMac defective, need return by carrier home pick. Getting no positive help from Amz or seller.
product defective \ does not boot \ neither seller nor apparently AMZ seem to grasp that customer cannot convey large, bulky 50+ lb boxed item to local-ish UPS drop off but rather needs either entity to arrange for UPS, the original carrier (or some other carrier), to pick up at customer's home \ in addition, from my perspective getting massive run-around from AMZ (customer service seems adept at saying no can do, meanwhile my many bucks remain in limbo) ... show more

I’m very pleased with the quality of this iMac. It was delivered as described. No surprises. Nothing damaged. I don't like the keyboard and mouse that came with it. They use the very old style of USB mini and not USB C. The screen is beautiful and big! I’m losing my vision, so having a big screen helps me at work. The iMac is still being supported by Apple, so it was able to update to the latest version: Sequoia. I’m able to share the screen wirelessly to other Apple products as well as share other screens to it. Now, my iPad is 27". Fast? Yes it is very fast. For work, I need to run an alternative OS which this does through a 3rd party. It runs the emulated OS faster than the device that ran the same OS natively. I’m very pleased with my new iMac. I cannot believe Apple stopped making 27" iMacs. I ended up buying a 2nd iMac with the same specs for my coworker because he was envious and needed the big screen too! We both work in IT. I’m a database developer & Compliance Officer. He's a Lead IT Tech. This big screen makes it easiest to see the data! I’ve now got it hooked up to 3 screens! ... show more
