I ordered excellent version and the laptop is horrible. Cracks, scratches, even dirty has crumbs and stuff stuck on it. The laptop isn’t even charging the charger won’t fit in laptop. Idk if it’s the charging port that is bent or the charger isn’t for the laptop. Not worth the price

Love my Mac definitely got what I wanted definitely something different to learn—- frustrating at times but I think that’s user error. Performance is amazing as I have many taps open and going at once. I was scared about reading the reviews but mine came in great condition and a cord that was not bent. The appearance and color grey were everything I ordered for the price that I got it at. Touch screen as well along the keyboard like wahhhh booshie! Only thing I did notice but I understand most laptops do.. but it DOES get HOT FAST need to figure out if it’s just on my lap or on the desk:. But that’s prolly my only downfall ... show more

I purchased a Mid 2019 Refurbished MacBook Pro 13" with Touch Bar, an i7, and 16GB of RAM, and overall, I’m giving it a three-star rating. While the performance is solid and the machine handles everyday tasks with ease, there are a few issues that hold it back from a higher rating. The most significant concern is the battery—it’s highly cycled at 983 cycles, which makes me worry about its long-term reliability. In addition, the laptop has a noticeable smudged spot on the body and several keys show signs of wear, which are disappointing cosmetic flaws for a refurbished model. If you prioritize performance and can overlook some cosmetic blemishes and battery concerns, this MacBook Pro might still be a viable option. However, if these issues are deal-breakers for you, it might be worth considering other alternatives or checking for models with better battery health and appearance. It's not necessarily a good value for the money as the M1 Macbook airs are getting cheaper and apple silicon is simply just better, So spend a little bit extra for a brand new M1 Macbook air which will out-perform this pro, or look for a refurbisher that offers better services. ... show more

Not core i7, not good or “Excellent” Condition. Pretty scratched up and used definitely not excellent quality at all id just save your money by getting a lower condition one and covering it up cause youll end up covering it up with excellent condition anyways otherwise its very usable, its a macbook.
