I got this for $60.00 which is a good deal for the Kinect bundle even when it is refurbished. First unit did not turn on at all and received an exchange in 2 days. Replacement unit has been working perfectly and it appears brand new (no scratches or wear and tear signs). The bundle comes with a separate power adapter for older Xbox 360 consoles that do not have the dedicated Kinect connector on the back that provides power. In my case I use this with a Gears of War Themed Xbox 360 which is one of the newer models. As for the performance of the sensors, I am using it in a spacious area without any objects that could interfere with the sensors. I have used it in dim and low light conditions and it still recognizes commands and movements. Voice recognition is kind of hit or miss, you have to be very clear with the pronunciation. When ordering I was informed that the sensor did not include the power chords. So I ordered that separately. However when it arrived, the power chords WERE included. So now I have to return the unnecessary chords that I ordered resulting in only receiving half the money I paid for it after return fees and shipping costs. Pretty annoying. ... show more

First, I would like to say that with 36 years of IT experience, I understand that things happen. Now to the review...I received the sensor from SupremeDealsCR and hooked it up. It worked for about 7 hours and then died. Some troubleshooting indicated that the sensor camera had stopped working. Per the enclosed documentation, I contacted Max at SupremeDealsCR rather than contacting Amazon. All I can say is SupremeDealsCR has amazing customer support. I had very fast and positive interaction with them and they quickly sent me a replacement sensor (2 days). I ran the sensor for about 12 hours incident free. Max contacted me the following day with a follow-up to ensure that everything was functioning properly and that I was happy with the support. Thank you Max and SupremeDealsCR! Purchased a xbox 360 kinect that was labeled "very good" condition. It's really scratched up and very dirty. If there is a place on this device for yucky stuff to get stuck in over the years, it's definitely filled with it. Gross. Gag. However, it works for what it was intended to do. it was a great purchase. remember there are different sellers. there is a small scratch but its fine. the description of the product states that there is NOT an adapter for pc/og xbox 360. no cable damage and everything else is fine. i have not been able to use it because the adapter has not arrived yet. i will update my review when i can test it. I understood from the reviews that it was a gamble buying this, but for the price I figured it was worth it and it was. I got a Kinect in very good shape, hardly any wear on it at all and it works just fine. It didn't come with the AC-powered USB adaptor I would need to hook it up to my big old 360, but it didn't claim it would and that was easy enough to order and not too expensive. I gambled and won.
