It came in full, very clean, new packaging. I’ve had the laptop for 2-3 months or so. It works great! I’m a college student currently so I make sure to not scratch it up in my bags. Somewhat scratch resistant, don’t push your luck with it. It is indeed touchscreen, I get to play small video games with my friends well like Among Us, or Don’t starve Together just fine. Wouldn’t recommend this computer AT ALL for hard gaming, like Apex Legends or CoD. Works great for day to day life work! I really enjoy the product. NOTE: Does not come with USB-C port, I recommend waiting for the Surface 4 if you would like a laptop with USB-C connection. You could buy the Doc that will allow for USB-C but I don’t think it’s worth to put another 200$ for the extra accessory when you could wait a little bit longer for the Surface 4 that will eventually come out. ... show more

This was the nicest laptop I ever had. Large memory, sleek, functional. But it broke in about 2 years and I did not have the ability to have it repaired. What happened? I bought this computer in April, but it suddenly restarted on its own, causing me to lose important files many times. But I always thought it was caused by my improper use, and due to the epidemic, I was unable to return the product within 30 days. I tried many ways to improve it, but it has good and bad times, and it always restarts suddenly at important moments. Because I always needed a computer, there was no way to return it immediately, until I could not bear to buy a computer from another brand and finally no longer encountered this sudden automatic restart problem. So I started to think of a way to return the computer, but the return time had passed. And I was surprised to find that this computer has no warranty unless I bought the extra insurance. I restored the factory settings according to the method on the official website, and then the computer could not be turned on completely. I have never used such a junk computer. Am I going to lose so much money in vain? It's too unreasonable, so I can only advise you not to buy it here! ! ! ! ... show more

I've waited a couple of weeks so that I could live with it for a while. I really like how thin and light it is, making it a perfect travel companion. It is very strong and precisely made and it's sleekness and simple lines look nice. I know I'm easily amused but I'm impressed with how well the facial recognition works. It's performance is good but not as powerful as I had hoped it would be but it is more than adequate for my needs. One real strong point is it's battery life. I've gotten a little over 15 hours on a charge and it changes fully in around an hour. Although I've given up looking for an onboard blu ray deck anymore, A major complaint is that it only has a single usb port, zero sd card reader and no HDMI port. Even though it a solid state hard drive it just doesn't have enough storage. I have an external hard drive that works well with it ( as does my external blu ray reader/writer) but it eats up the only usb port. I can't understand why so little hard connectivity was included. All in all it is a very nice laptop but it probably wouldn't have been my first choice as there are better options available ... show more

I've had this laptop for about 2.5 years. I want to replace it, but feel like a laptop should last at least 4 years before replacement. The touchscreen is great, and the laptop is pretty. What is less great is its tendency for the screen to go black and unresponsive (keyboard still backlit). Also annoying is when it will not turn on when you hold the power button, and you have to hold the power and volume up button and pray. These issues have gotten worse the longer I used the laptop, but they've been around basically since the beginning. I enjoy this laptop when it works. However, this laptop is unreliable and I would not buy it again. ... show more
