A new favorite from Hempz

I am a long time fan of Hempz but have always stuck with the original scent because the few others I tried (mint and peppermint and the like) smelled too strong to me. This one was on sale and I gave it a try and I am so happy I did. It works the way I expect it to - moisturizing without being greasy - and the smell is subtle and wonderful. I have no idea if the peptides and amino acids are doing anything (I'm not a scientist) I just know that my skin feels amazing and the fresher scent is a nice update to the original scent without smelling mediciny (mint) or like the Christmas season (peppermint). I love the way it feels, the way my skin looks and how moisturized my skin feels without being greasy. HIghly recommend just for that and if the peptides and amino acids are helping my aging (I'm 61) skin, all the better.

Solid choice

Good size for price. Vanilla, but not cloying. Slight sunscreen vibe. Good texture, not overly moisturizing. Would definitely need to change it up in the winter. But it’s a perfect weight for summer daily use.

Smells Like a Vanilla Hug

This lotion leaves my skin feeling soft all day without feeling greasy. The vanilla scent is warm and cozy, although it’s a little stronger than I expected at first. A little goes a long way, and my skin has been loving it. Perfect if you enjoy smelling like dessert without actually being one. 🍦

My favorite Hempz scent

I have used many Hempz body lotions but this is my favorite smell of all. It is not too sweet or flowery, but has more of a calming vibe to it. Kind of like a relaxing spa smell. It is not greasy at all, the lotion has a medium thickness to it. I wouldn't say the scent has ever lasted all day for me, but I do tend to reapply throughout the day as needed. Hempz is a little pricey, but Amazon had the lowest price I could find for this scent in particular. Some of my local stores that carry it were from $5 to $10 more per bottle.
