I intended to purchase a Pro 6. This is a Pro 5. I only discovered this when I entered the serial number to register the product. I thought, "How could I be so stupid?" until I went back and looked at this listing and noticed they never really SAY what version of Surface you're buying. Even now that
I know what's happened, it's still not easy to sort out the information in this listing. I realize it was my own damn fault that I got rooked, but this vendor is guilty of deception. Why not say up front it's a 5th gen? Why did this listing come up when I searched for 6th? Make no mistake: the i7 8GB 256GB is only a PRO FIVE, and that's not clear from their description. It's a decent computer, but it's not what I thought I was buying. It's a good thing the keyboard I bought to work with my 6 also works with a 5. Maybe that's why my Surface pen doesn't work?

I bought this with the type cover as a laptop replacement and web surfing/video watching tablet. It is a little bulky, and I like the size of the iPad better, but I do not like iOS and prefer Windows in general. Windows 10 runs smoothly on this machine for my uses, and works fine in either tablet or
laptop mode. The screen is nice and crisp, the boot-up is quick, and the type cover has a good feel and is easy to use as far as these small keyboards go. I considered the Samsung Galaxy tab line, and the Kindle Fire, but I prefer surfing with a Windows machine and find Android a little annoying. As a "renewed" product, I have found no cosmetic or performance issues, and I have had no reliability issues here in the first 30 days. The sound isn't great and is the main reason for deducting a star, but overall I am very pleased with this machine. Battery life is excellent for how I use the machine; I charge once or twice per week, using it an hour or two in the evening. Again, I prefer Windows, and for me this machine is about perfect - YMMV.

Excellent Surface renewal.

Spectacular transaction, pas described, packaged awesomely

For being previously owned/used and refurbished I would have never known beyond the scratch on the back of the stand part. Works perfect with good battery life. The touch screen works as it should. Came with charger and pen, both work perfectly. The scratch is on the exterior and does not in any way
affect the integrity and usability of the surface. Would recommend and would buy other products as well in future. Shipping was fast and the packaging was nice and thorough to the point if the box would have been dropped in transport it would not have damaged the interior box or the product within the interior box as it has quilted bubble wrap and large bubble packs and foam protecting blocks/corner pieces .

Didnt Come with the 1TB storage

This product came with a 120Gb storage instead of the 1Tb super misleading and had I known earlier I would have returned this item and bought a brand new one. Very disappointed.

This computer was recommended to me by a programmer who works on one all day, every day. He was right, there is nothing about it I don't like. From the backlit keyboard to the touchscreen, it has all the features I wanted in my next computer.

All very good except Camer's won't work.

It fast, beautiful graphics, great battery life. But neither camera will work. Just ended up buying an external camera, already had it all set up and running before I realized cameras didn't work.

The product was returned due to a faulty power supply or connection. The seller was extremely helpful with the return. Unfortunately I had to return due to a bad power supply that was actually marked as bad. But thanks to the seller.
