The shipment was really fast. It was delivered to my location in Egypt in just four days. All specifications match what was mentioned by the seller. Except for one Major issue not mentioned; the device comes with Windows 10 installed and does not have windows 11 installed. I tried to upgrade it to windows 11, but I could not. It gives me a message that Windows 11, version 22H2 is coming soon. When I did more search, I found that there is a computability issue and Microsoft put a safeguard till they solve this issue. They did not give more details about the issue itself. I tested the device with MS PC Health check and found that the device meets all windows 11 specifications, but I do not know why I could not do the upgrade. So I’ve actually worked with surface pros at work before but I’ve never bought myself a laptop/tablet over $300. I’ll be using this to do IT work remotely, homework and business. I was actually using the specs here to compare to the specs on less legitimate websites selling cheap surface pros. Why I didn’t use the Microsoft website idk it was late I was excited to buy a real laptop. My biggest worry was the i7 processor, screen and storage. I got the laptop in 6days. I checked the serial number through Microsoft to verify. Everything checks out so far. The website camera says it’s 10mp and this one says 8mp which is not a big deal fr. The biggest concern I have is the battery life for the surface pro provide by Microsoft is supposed to be around 16hours so I’ll update once looking into the battery. ... show more

Love having a tablet/laptop that has an OS that I can code on, run docker desktop, etc..... I have had for a week and everything is awesome about it except for the battery life and the price tag and needing to buy the keyboard and pen separate.

This device is attempting to mimic a tablet. It fails miserably. It doesn’t behave like a tablet at all. It is severely limited by Windows 11. Sticking to their competitor that has been magic in this area and all other areas.
