I really wanted to like this laptop. It is small, sleek, and was beautifully refurbished. The packaging was phenomenal and you couldn't even tell it was preowned at one point. Unfortunately, the battery is SO BAD. I mean it's awful! I was going to give this laptop a little bit longer to prove its worth to me, but this is such a deal breaker for me. I feel like I can't go anywhere or do anything without looking for an outlet, and I have done every possible thing to try and make it manageable and its just not worth it.
