    • Refurbish item stop working in 3 weeks
MS Surface Labtop is one of the most reliable on the market. I have had a new Surface2 for 4 years and despite a growing number of issues related to charging the battery (and poor charger design) the old Surface always recovered and kept working. I bought the refurbished Surface 4 with an AMD processor and Windows 11. It was working great for 3 weeks, till it turned off and never recovered. So I decided to return it, as it was not working. It was a disappointment, as I already customized this Laptop for my needs, and now I have to change all passwords, credit cards #, etc. Big headache. I would blame a repair service, which was not done professionally. I will not buy the refurbished Surface product anymore and will not advice anyone to do the same ... show more

The computer last a long time. However, when plugged in it overheats. Keyboards are easy to use and buttons do not stick. The size is great to put in big purse and take to work and school.
