    • Phenomenal laptop (13.8 Surface Laptop)
CPU: Snapdragon X Elite (12 core) Capacity: 16GB/1TB Style: Device Only Color: Black
This laptop is very powerful as well as very efficient. I’ve been using it as my main laptop for studying and it lasts nearly the whole day. It’s fast and zippy. If there’s one thing I don’t like about it, it’s that not all computer programs are compatible with it right now. However, you can download some of those programs from the Microsoft App Store. It’s also smaller than I thought it would be, but the screen is quite big. Sound quality is decent and the screen is nice and sharp. It’s not an oled screen but it’s still very impressive. The keyboard itself is very much the best keyboard I’ve used on a computer. The track pad is also very good. This laptop is very sturdy and light as well. Copilot is useful and fun to use, but it still needs some work. All in all, for the features and the power this computer has I think it’s a great value for the money, especially when you get it on sale for the holidays! ... show more

    • Excellent computer… but
CPU: Snapdragon X Elite (12 core) Capacity: 16GB/1TB Style: Device Only Color: Black
I recently purchased the Microsoft Surface Laptop (2024), and overall, I’m incredibly impressed with its performance. The 13.8" touchscreen display is vibrant and crisp, and the Snapdragon X Elite (12-core) processor makes multitasking a breeze. With 16GB of RAM and 1TB SSD storage, this laptop handles everything I throw at it—whether it’s video editing, running complex software, or just casual browsing. Windows 11 runs smoothly, and the device feels premium and well-built. Battery life is outstanding, and it’s surprisingly lightweight, making it great for both work and travel. The laptop is fast, responsive, and does exactly what I need without any hiccups. However, my one gripe is that after spending nearly $2,000 on this high-end machine, I still have to pay extra for Copilot+. Given the price of the laptop, I would have expected this feature to be included, especially since it’s one of Windows 11's flagship features. While Copilot+ is a helpful AI tool, it feels like it should be a standard part of the package. Overall, I’m still giving it 5 stars because the hardware is fantastic, and it excels at everything I use it for. I just wish Microsoft would rethink the pricing model for Copilot+. ... show more

    • Fantastic ARM laptop. Might not work with old hardware. Check drivers
CPU: Snapdragon X Elite (12 core) Capacity: 16GB/1TB Style: Device Only Color: Platinum
Let me preface by saying that I love surface laptops. Their keyboard and high res screens are amazing. This is the second time I try a ARM laptop after the Windows RT era. Love the battery life, ease of use as any other windows machine, and the experience of working with an ARM processor. Prism (windows version of Rosetta for mac) does an amazing job translating all those x86/x64 programs to ARM, no noticeable performance difference. However, beware of peripherals that do not have ARM specific drivers, as they won't work. Think old USB or network printers. Most modern era models will work out of the box, but there are many that will not. And this includes anything you attach to the computer that needs a driver. So far, I just love it. Got the 1TB version elite plus. Don't be blindsided by the Copilot AI feature. I still haven't used it and frankly, don't care. ... show more

    • Great screen, trackpad, speed, and memory.
CPU: Snapdragon X Elite (12 core) Capacity: 16GB/1TB Style: Device Only Color: Platinum
Love it! Runs games great. Allows me to work quickly and efficiently too! Snappy, and a sharp screen resolution too. Also, the track pad is AWESOME. I originally got the dell XPS, but it has an "only haptic trackpad" with no downward movement, and it drove me nuts! I really like the movement allowed by this trackpad. It is still haptic, but it also allows for a small amount of up and down movement that makes it feel much better. Very happy with it. :) ... show more

    • Good laptop, bad power supply
CPU: Snapdragon X Elite (12 core) Capacity: 16GB/1TB Style: Device Only Color: Black
Laptop itself is pretty good, long battery life and everything works pretty seamlessly. Problem is the charger stopped working less than two weeks of having it.
