I received my refurbished Surface Go 3 LTE & got it all prepped up & installed with Windows 11 Pro, updated with patches, excited to use it on my next business trip with my 4G LTE SIM. It has a Core i3 CPU making it super capable for use with Outlook, Edge, Teams, etc. So I went to dinner. I came back and the device had frozen. Okay, maybe it was something I did. Un-installed some apps. Let it sit & walked away. And it froze again. Reset the whole Windows OS from Settings Started completely from scratch & reinstalled everything, patches and all. Frozen again. I USB-booted to my own copy of Windows 11 & reimaged the whole machine. Reinstalled patches, blah blah blah. Frozen. Clearly, this device had been returned because of this issue & the hardware testing & refurbishment folks completely missed this electronics problem. Returned the device & got my money back. Gonna buy a brand new Surface Go 3 LTE instead direct from Microsoft. ... show more
