Does exactly what you'd ask of it, usb 3.0 speeds four ports, adheres nicely under the desk. Wish the cord connecting hub to pc were a little longer, but it's not prohibitively short, that's a wishlist item not something worth knocking a star off. Worst case you can always get an extender.

It's a simple USB hub with 4 USB 3.0 ports that comes in handy. The adhesive is what makes it stand out because you can tuck it under a monitor stand or the desk and it will be easy to access without being too messy. The option to either screw it to make it permanent or use the adhesive tape to put it in place is also a plus. Having said that, I wish the cable was longer so that I have freedom to place it wherever I want on the desk. All in all, not too shabby.

My spouse and I work from home and have so many gadgets that we always run out of USB ports. Since manufactures keep deciding to cut costs by throwing in a USB cable instead of a real plug for basically everything, a port like this is not only really handy to have, but essential. I tested all ports as soon as I got it, and they all work fine. The speed feels ok. It's nothing fancy, but it's a reliable and compact little hub that gets the job done. Met my expectations.

Since we're traveling hotel to extended-stay and staying there for 2-6 months while my partner works industrial construction projects, I travel with a small folding table that I use as both a desk for my computer setup and as my art studio. I practically live at my computer in winter due to multiple chronic illnesses, so I needed a hub that could give back the ability to plug in a flash drive without unplugging something like my headset or the power to my graphics tablet monitor. Bonus if it could mount onto something on my desk, since the plastic table isn't realistically an option, or be mounted to a built-in desk once my partner retires in a few years. This is perfect--it just works, doesn't have any lights to keep my partner awake if I have to set up with my desk in a weird place, and I've got the velcro mount for this attached to the back upright of my folding desk lamp. The 3-ish foot length of the cable allows me to move the lamp anywhere on my desk and still have access to all the ports, no matter how I've had to arrange my desk to fit a particular hotel room's layout and not disturb my partner. Data transfer speeds are reasonably good--the nature of a hub is that they're limited to the throughput of the host port, so I'm not going to get 5Gbps transferred to a USB stick plugged into here unless it's the only thing plugged in, at which point there's no point in using the hub. However, there's more than enough bandwidth to use this to host my mouse, keyboard, and headset dongles, leaving the remaining ports on the motherboard free for heavier data transfer items like my backup drive and my secondary WiFi adapter.

The one I received does work but very slowly. If I plug in more than three USB 3 plugs in at a time it causes my USB plug on my PC to fail and throw an error. I checked it on two other PC's one an AMD system and it does it on all the computers.

I got this for my partner, and it seems to work fine, cheap and cheerful. The only complaint he had was that the screws that came with were itty bitty and stripped out immediately while he was trying to instal it. We have plenty of little screws that worked fine to mount it though.
