Compre una Surface Book2 Renovado o lo que quieran ponerle. Considerando el precio de la nueva y comparando prestaciones consideré que era buena opción, más considerando el ahorro, el cual a pesar de los envíos y otros no era poco. En fin. Todo iba bien, hasta que de la nada la pantalla se apago y nunca más. Se han probado las soluciones típicas de la web tipo, toque el botón de encendido y espere, toque 2 botones y espere, cargue la batería, descargue y cargue, etc. No me explico que sucedió, lo único en lo que pienso es que ya tenia algo en su "renovación" el punto es que como fueron más de 6 meses Amazon ya no se hace responsable de nada y solo dice "el tiempo paso". Al final, no hay soluciones y solo queda relatar la experiencia y decir. NO RECOMIENDO. ... show more

Overall, the Surface seems like a great computer. The backlit keyboard is smooth. I believe I would recommend the Surface but not a "renewed" device. The device experienced daily software failures and Windows could not be reinstalled. The pen that came with it was not a Microsoft pen (which didn't work). I wish I had returned it but missed the window. I deeply regret this purchase. ... show more

    • Deceptive listing and a broken product

Description says it includes a pen. When you scroll down it doesn't actually include one. That fact is buried deep in the product specs. That combined with a poorly refurbished product makes this mostly a scam. The keyboard hardly functions. I will be seeking a refund via Amazon Renewed.
