  • Great headphones for the money, comfortable, high quality feel, great Teams interface
The headphones do great job that they are designed for (online meetings, Teams stuff). Great ergonomics, comfort and build quality. On the negative note, compared to Sennheiser 160s, the sound, low frequencies mostly, is inferior. To summarize, great for the calls, mediocre for music listening, which is not the main intent of these headphones anyway. ... show more

  • Low volume
Volume is a bit too low for me as I need to hear all words clearly for my type of work. Itโ€™s comfortable but the angle on the ears doesnโ€™t entirely cup your ears. I wanted to also use this with an adapter (female USB-C to make Lightning) to use on my iphone 14 for a work app I have but no adapter worked (also tested with an iPhone 12 and 11) Not sure if this is analog vs digital which caused it not to work with the various adapters I tried. Otherwise itโ€™s a decent price for the features of Mute and Volume right on the cord. ... show more

  • USB-C headphones are now a necessity
These little headphones are great in my cubicle. It cancels enough noise from all the ambient people talking around me. The volume controls are great in the case that you need to mute right away, or adjust the volume.

  • Great for phone calls
These seem to be tuned specially for making phone calls. The sound is crisp, which makes calls from low quality phones sound really clear. The quality of the mic is also good. The mute and volume buttons work great, both on Windows and macOS (I use these headphones on both operating systems). I can't speak for the Teams button; I don't use it and think it is a waste of space. In general, the headphones are good quality. I wished the ear cups were made of a breathable fabric, as they can get kinda hot on your ears. Plus, that faux leather on headphones usually starts to flake off after a year (I have had these headphones for a couple of months and that hasn't happened yet). The noise cancelling feature is not that great but works pretty well if you have a low-noise environment. They are pretty light and their grip won't give you a headache. However, the ear cups don't rotate, so it's hard to get a good seal on them. And finally, there is the hotspot on my head because of the headband. It is comfortable, but after a couple of hours of making calls, it becomes an issue. DO NOT use these headphones to listen to anything else other than phone calls. They are terrible for music, just awful. I say that because I think I read a comment here about how awful these sound with music; they are simply not made for that but for call center jobs. ... show more

  • Is not noise cancelling
Sound quality is great, fits my android phone. Volume control is great, but it is not noise canceling, you can hear everything still.

  • If your using teams this works great
For someone who is on Teams most of the day managing a large department this headset is great because it intergrates perfectly with Teams as you would expect. Performance is the exact same on my Mac as it is on my Surface Book and nothing needs to be installed. Voice clarity is good and everyone said I sounded a lot better with this headset vs. the cheap on I bought on amazon earlier in the year. Toss in it connects via USB-C and you got a real winner. Only negative for some people would be if you like to listen to music and like not having to switch headsets. It plays music pretty poorly as it's geared for voice. Not a problem for me as I switch to my Sony WX1000M4 for listening to music but for some people this might be a deal breaker. ... show more

  • Bad with cell phones, decent with laptops
These have low volume in your ear and on the mic when used with a cell phone. I saw another review on here complaining about that and ordered them anyways. Oops. On a laptop, they sound fine but not great. Very slightly robotic mic. Noise cancellation is ok. They are really lightweight, which is nice. I ended up replacing these with a mid-tier Poly wired USB headset and it is way better. Everyone says my voice sounds more natural, and it works well on my cell phone and laptop. ... show more

  • Marginal volume, particularly if used with a phone
This may be perfectly fine if your intended use is ONLY on a computer. Most modern cellphones have a USB-C jack and will recognize this as both a microphone and headphone, which is very nice if you talk on the phone a lot (e.g. for work, interviews, etc.) HOWEVER, while it works well in the general sense the volume available, even turned all the way up, is simply not sufficient when used as a phone headset. In a quiet place it will work but not if there's ANY noise in the environment or if you prefer it a BIT louder -- and I do mean a BIT too; it's VERY low on volume even at the maximum setting. You'd think Microsoft could get this right. You'd be wrong. NOT recommended if your use case includes a cellphone. ... show more
