    • Easy Installation, Every Feature Promised as Described
I bought this to install on the side of my Micke Ikea desk which is about 41 inch since it's not a regular thing flat desk where I can clamp the mic arms. It works like a charm even thought this mic arm was meant for a wall. One thing I will note is that I didn't use the plugs and screws to install the mount onto my desk, I used different shorter screws. I see reviews of people complaining about the lack of sturdiness, but just make sure you screw it hard enough and it'll be good. Overall I'm really happy with the purchase as I can move it anywhere I'd like along with rotating it. I believe this is literally the only available wall mounted mic boom arm so I recommend it. ... show more

    • Second arm doesn't lock well.
This product for what it does serves it's purpose. It mounts to the wall nicely and the top arm functions great with the spin-tighten hand tightener. The second one however has failed since unboxing it. Maybe I got a bad batch of the one's being made but that thing has black tape all over it to keep it consistent. Either way, I'm going to purchase a new one and spend a few extra dollars in the hope it operates better. If you "need" a shotgun mic wall-mount, this Will work but it's not one I would recommend. ... show more

It's a good wall mount for a microphone. The range of motion isn't that great, but as long as you set it up and don't have to move it much, it will work (eg, like at your computer desk). The springs can be easily removed, to slightly increase the range of motion. However, if you do this, the arm will not hold its position well and might slowly sag. ... show more

This wall mount is just fine, not high end, but handled my Electrovoice RE20 without issue, I did have to adapt my shock mount, overall it is a good value.
