This sofa is the one of my dreams! Firm, easy to clean, and sooooo comfortable. My neighbor saw the boxes come and was so nosey she came over to see it after my husband put it together. She immediately told me to send her the link! He said it wasn’t at all difficult to put together, but he did have to modify a roller/bracket thingy so the sleeper part didn’t just roll all the way out. (I’m not an expert in putting things together so my description here is pretty limited) For the price you cannot beat it. The shipping process was smooth and everyone was so kind and professional. Just know that a shipping company will drop it off, but they can’t help you bring it into the house, so ensure someone is there to bring it into your house. ... show more

I spent weeks searching for a new sofa and finally landed on this one and I couldn't be happier! Sofa goes really well in my theater room which is why I chose this sofa to complete that style of look I was going for. The chaise storage is surprisingly very large and can fit many things inside! Comfort wise it's slightly firm but that actually is what I wanted so not a problem. My only wish is if THSUPER adds cup holders on the arm rests and USB and outlets for charging I will buy it! Hope they read this! Customer service (Denise) was wonderful and nice she helped me with one little issue I had and was very quick to solve it! Update: The seller saw the review and reached out to me. The customer service was great and they made everything right. Changing this to a 5-star review - this is a great couch, we love it :-) The couch is awesome! And I wish I could give a 5 star review. The boxes came super messed up and we were worried it would be damaged or broken….and it was. I’ve looked everywhere I can to find out how to contact the seller and I can’t find anything. The stool, when we got it out of the box and opened the storage part it and the top ripped out of the wood! The pullout footstool has two holes and I don’t know how to fix that. Everything else is great! It’s overall comfortable, not super cushiony soft so If that’s what you want it’s not this. We had to put the feet on the bottom and there were some predrilled holes but not for all the screws which was odd and of course harder but we made it happen. Over all I love the couch but it’s broken…. The footstool I can fix…I have no idea how to fix the holes. ... show more

We’ve had this couch a few weeks now and I have very few complaints. I read reviews like crazy because spending that much money sight unseen was stressful. I’ll be as detailed as I can. We wanted easy to clean, modular, pet friendly. You can see two of our fur balls in the pic. Shipping First off it was delivered so fast. A+ for that. It came in four huge boxes, delivered by a third party freight company. They will arrange a drop off time with you and you have to sign for it. Info I wish I knew before. They drop the pallet and the boxes off in the drive. They don’t bring it in for you so get some muscle. The boxes aren’t terribly heavy mostly big and awkward. I also didn’t ask if they would because I didn’t want to be a bother and since it was wrapped in plastic on the pallet I assumed the answer was no. Assembly This is an A category also. You only have to screw in the feet. If you have a drill, use it. There’s a tiny indent to let you know where the screw goes along with a faint chalk line for the feet. I guessed a lot of the times and things seem just fine in the feet department. Screw the feet on and insert the head rests and that’s it. Super easy. Pull Out Game We absolutely love the pull out portion. I didn’t think we’d have it out much but it’s almost always out. We love a before bed movie or something and this is perfect. It also comes out and goes back really easy even on our carpet. I was impressed. Headrests The adjustable headrests are an interesting feature. I didn’t see the point at first but it does help with the reclining aspect. If you tilt them, it feels like more of a recline, which is nice. Arm Rest I love the big arm rest on the side. It’s a comfy end of the couch seat. The remote or your phone won’t slip off easy. We put a cute blanket on it and that fit nicely into the cushion. Storage I love that it has two areas for storage. We put extra comforters, sheets, and pillows in them so it’s a good amount of storage. Pet Friendly My cats still try to scratch it so we are staying on top of nail trims. They have made some scratch lines so it is definitely not resistant to that. We have used a spray we got at a pet store that is supposed to deter from scratching, it doesn’t, and I will say that the fabric did not hold onto any of that spray as far as it leaving spots, which was a concern I had. Dog hair and spots show up easy which annoyed me at first but it actually encourages me to clean it so it’s probably for the best. The dog hair comes off easy enough with our Chom Chom. So an A for that also. Spot Clean Spots wipe up easily with a wet cloth nothing else. Just don’t get aggressive with how hard you rub. I thought I ruined a spot but it was ok in the end. Final thoughts. Worth the money. Big enough for a family to be on comfortably and pet friendly so you can enjoy them. This color is light so be prepared to keep up on spot cleaning and pet hair removal. It needs couch pillows which we are still in need of so we just have a mountain of minky blankets for now. ... show more

The couch looks nice, but is somewhat flimsy. Parts slide out. Biggest issue - stains very easily. Scuff marks, finger prints easily visible.

First, putting the feet on, there are no predrilled holes so you don't know where to put them. Second, the pull out bed comes off the track when you pull it out and it is difficult to put back in. It falls off the track constantly. I do NOT recommend this couch. I would love a replacement piece or my $2000 back REVIEW UPDATE: After posting my initial review the company reached out to me to inquire on my issues. After all was said and done, they shipped me an entire new sofa bed section. I have to say that not many companies would do that so this is the reason I am updating my review to a 5 star. ... show more
