Was first turned onto this a few years ago at 42, by my gynecologist. Without it (and evening primrose oil) my hormones and cycles are a horrible monthly roller coaster of unwieldy emotions and pain, and my cycles are only approximate in terms of timing. But if I’m disciplined throughout the month in taking these, I hardly notice my monthly cycles, not only ovulation, but no (or little) cramps, craziness, tender boobies, etc. It’s not subtle either. It’s a night and day difference between not taking this and taking it (daily), with my cycles are predictably and precisely timed. I like the fact that this comes economically packaged in a bag. I have sooooo many random bottles & containers already, that I just transfer about half the bag at a time into a labeled bottle. So I don’t care about if the ziplock bag closes or whatever. In terms of quality, I’ve use many brands-from “Dr office quality” expensive brands, to many others. These are great. They do what they’re supposed to do at a good price. No point in splitting hairs.

These pill were very nice I don’t like there quick reaction to any liquids! They worked very well in balancing my hormones, I don’t know if I’m paranoid or if I felt the adjusting in my area! Not many side effects on the con side!

I bought this and another herbal supplement to help me fix my estrogen dominance. I was leary because I tend to have a very sensitive stomach. So far I've been taking this for about a week and haven't had any stomach upset with it. That's huge for me. Hopefully it will help with my hormonal issues, too. I'll update in a couple months.

Honestly got this product just to see if it would help with my hormonal acne. Not only did it help it made my period regulate, helped with cramps, and also after 2 months of taking it my body tried to get pregnant with an IUD. Maybe it works a little too good? Ive heard Chasteberry can help get you pregnant and stay pregnant, but I wasnt expecting that . Flavor is like wood chips. Average vitamin sized pill ( a little on the bigger side), don't get if you have issues swallowing large pills.

This product works great, that is not why I rated 3 stars. It helped to regulate my periods and I was able to get pregnant within a few months being on the product. The reason for my rating is that it is not advertised (or if it is, not obviously enough) that you should not stop this product cold turkey if used for conception. I ended up miscarrying likely because my hormone levels were so low. They were helping my hormones and when I stopped taking them, my body couldn’t make enough to support the pregnancy. I do NOT know this to be fact as I didn’t do an autopsy, but my progesterone was only 7.5 days before I miscarried. I have also read several stories from women who this happened to as well, and their progesterone was low too. You are supposed to wean off the product slowly over the first half of your pregnancy, that way your hormone levels are not affected when it’s most needed. I’ve read several stories of women who had successful pregnancies when weaning off this product slowly. I truly hope this advice helps someone.
