1st, I loved the delivery and assembly. Mi us the fenders. There are no instructions on the assembly of them. 2nd make sure you lock the battery onto the frame before riding. It says you can, but if you don't it will fall off at any bump in the road.... literally! I've ridden it twice; once locked no problem with bumps or transitions from ground to street or vice versa. The next time, every bump I encountered made the battery fall off. Now, although the bike is twice ridden my battery looks chewed up. 3rd, This bike does not give. If you like rough rides this is for you. It's sturdy, but without the shock absorbers, you'll feel the road. The handling could be a little better for some city sidewalks(not everywhere is it safe to ride in the street). Lastly, it's a not a bad bike so please don't take the review that way. But I have had absorbers on my bikes since they came out almost. So yes it feels rough to me, The battery issue could be resolved just by putting something print; same could be done for the fender installation. Thank you. ... show more

I didn't know what to expect when I ordered the cheapest ebike I could find, but I was pleasantly surprised. It's much sturdier than I imagined and it does what it's supposed to do. Decent looking and feeling bike overall. A few snags I should mention. First the chain came in a giant knot. This might have just been my bike but with a little thinking and a few tools it was quickly fixed. I also had an issue with the battery and reached out to the seller and it was quickly handled. Even though these are minor inconveniences, I don't mind at all since its half the price of many other models. If you understand basic mechanics you can put this together in no time and be riding the same day you get it. ... show more

Super affordable. I chose not to have Amazon people assemble. Arrived in box and had to install handlebars, front wheel and seat. I go slowly so it took me a couple of hours. Issues: Front wheel assembly and brakes needed adjustment by a professional once I had it together. All brakes needed tightening. Chain was off the rear gears and the derailleur only let me shift from 2-7 (7 gears total) so that still needs a pro to adjust since this is not my thing. Hardware for fenders was not completely included and I had to buy screws and nuts (about $5) at the hardware store to install properly. Feet hit front tire if you turn too hard right or left. I have ridden the bike 40 miles so far on paved surface. Needed to charge battery at 35 miles. I enjoy it and I am flexible and not a hardcore biker. So, if you want a low price tag for casual riding, this could be your type of bike. In the picture you see my bike lock just under the seat. I have moved it to a better location since the picture.
