Reached out to the company for a refund/replacement and they told me to get a refund through Amazon and Amazon of course tells me to go through them. This one isn’t as easy to use for me as the other products. I’m sure it’s just me and many people will do great. My own user error has left me with some face hickeys lol. . It’s ok..it goes away in a day or two. Just be sure to be careful and follow instructions. There are videos on utube to help.

I got this on Tuesday, unboxed and charged it all day Wednesday (10hrs) and just did my face o Thursday (today). The mister doesn’t work well. It barely sprays even with plain water in it. You’re supposed to be able to put your favorite toner in it to mist with but it didn’t work for either my Christian Dior toner or water. I manually had to mist my face but otherwise was able to use the other features and tools. I’m guessing it’s probably just this one device that is an issue as others I’ve seen demoed on YouTube worked fine. Only the mister was the issue for me. I’ll be returning it.

This thing didn't charge, so I never got to try it. I can say the quality of the item itself seemed poor as well, just not well made. I didn't read that it was not returnable, but luckily Amazon customer service was very helpful since I don't believe you shouldn't be able to not return something that doesn't function out of the box.

I bought a sonic refresher back in July after a couple of months it lost suction so I contact customer service not only did she help me in returning it she sent me a new one thank you for helping me and I will continue to buy Michael Todd

You need to make sure you charge the unit right before treatment. It charges on a stand. It would be better if it plugged directly into the unit so you could use it while it’s charging. I have to stop in the middle of a treatment and recharge. The mist feature is nice and it’s nice to have the different heads, but I really only use the big one in the small one.

Other shoppers cautioned that they’d received a unit with a faulty battery. I thought, “I have a lot of patience and not *everyone* received a bad unit; I’ll risk it.” I received the unit, plugged it in before I even looked at the attachments and recommendations. But after leaving it to charge 10 days with no change to the charge indicator (blinking one bar), I knew I was one of the unlucky. Not a single slurp. No life from the unit at all. I contacted michaeltoddbeauty dot com, like a package insert requested. They’ve ignored me. (The company does not provide a phone number.) The reviews of all the people who bought a unit the same week indicate the same as my experience. It is unacceptable to cheat people out of money by selling known trash as if it is useful. Raspberries!
