The media could not be loaded. I am in love with my new fireplace. It was easy to mount to the wall with the supplied bracket, with the screws. The remote is easy to use. You can choose from many different color combinations. All my friends want one. The 6 foot length is perfect to build a media wall around the fireplace. The unit is very well built. The heat output seems as it should be. A great value in my opinion. I expected to pay much more.
