    • Great in-home climbing workout
I love this thing. I installed it above the door frame in my closet. The hole spacing isn't 16", so it's not set up to mount directly to studs. I'd recommend grabbing a piece of plywood, mount that securely to the wall, then mount this to the plywood. I mostly use the "easy" rung for pull-ups and such. The smaller rungs are very challenging, but have a good grip and won't hurt your hands with splinters (my record for the 15mm rung is about 5 seconds... working on it.) ... show more

Could've been longer. It was 20 inches with 18 inch hole spacing. For some reason my wall had weird spacing but it was easy to drill a few extra holes. I wish it was maybe 26 inches but it will get the job done! Happy overall.
