The winder works well and assembles easily with help from the video. The only glitch, if one at all, is the little handle on the turning wheel. It continually comes loose and must be tightened usually more than once while winding a skein. I think it needs a locking washer or some other kind of way to attach it to the wheel because using it to turn the wheel which turns the spindle causes the handle to come off of the wheel.
