I've never tried Methylene blue and figured, why not? So when I seen these drops at a discount I ordered them not knowing what to expect. I've only read about them online and in reviews and don't know anyone who has tried them. The first day I tried them I mixed them with a blue sport drink thinking that would help the dying effects. But it just made it worse, I had a blue tongue all day and the next day to my surprise I was peeing blue as well. Lol weird but harmless I now know. So the next day I started mixing 7 to 8 drops in my coffee and that is my go to now for my first 2 cups of the day. It prevents blue things from surprising me. I'm extremely satisfied with the positive results I've found with this miracle supplement. I have energy all day and my focus is spot on as well. And when it's time to call it a day I don't have any lingering jitters or racing pulse. I'm actually sleeping better now too.
