I’m purchasing my 6th bottle. This brand is the best I found for size/price and it’s effective. I initiated with a 30 drop dose twice a day for 30 days and now maintain with 2 droppers full (roughly 30-45 drops) daily in juice. I’m 128 pounds. I mix in a dark coffee cup with a metal straw and use it to drink the concoction as well, to bypass my teeth. Although while on vacation I didn’t have the straw and the blue stains disappeared within a few minutes, so I’m not sure the straw method is necessary. Definitely do not put it in a capsule. It needs to coat the throat and all the way down the esophagus to mix with stomach acid to be most effective, which will also ensure the microbiome in the small intestine is not disrupted. Also it’s well absorbed in the mouth and easily crosses the blood brain barrier through the oral mucosa. During my loading period in the first 30 days I noticed a lot of positive changes. Especially with energy, mood and overall better digestion. I had a couple days of stomach cramping and strange poop but compared to everything I had been through, it was minor. And expect periodic blue or green urine. Now feeling energized is my new normal, so I don’t recognize huge improvements anymore. I haven’t missed a daily dose for 7 months so I can’t report the lasting effects after stopping. I battled Lyme and other autoimmune issues for years that I resolved 90% of the way with herbs, ivermectin and fenbendazole. Adding methylene blue was the final step to total freedom. I listened to every podcast and audio book on it that I could find and jumped in with both feet. I only had positive things occur after starting it and have recommended to MANY people that report similar success stories for various health issues. Hopefully this review finds someone that needs to hear it!! I was at my wits end with my health in 2018 and know how devastating it can be when you are trying to heal yourself and mainstream allopathic medicine continues to let you down. Often saying tests are inconclusive and nothing can be done! Or they try to prescribe various pharmaceutical meds to put a bandaid over symptoms instead of treating the root cause - which I refused to take. I’m living proof that something can indeed be done. It is hilarious to read the bad reviews. Shake the bottle and blue ink all over the walls. If you have all kinds of allergies don't take. Wow. People are so funny. I did my research, bought a book on this stuff and this is my first bottle. Just started my first 10 drops in a big glass of water. The book I just finished reading "The Ultimate Guide to Methylene Blue" recommends taking 10 drops in the morning and 10 at night for the first week no matter your weight. Then the second week 20, and the 3rd week 30. This is what I am going to do. WHen you order this stuff there are no instructions. Do your research. Watch videos. Hope this helps. From what I have read, the doctors sure don't want you to find out about this stuff. NOTE: After taking the first dose an hour ago, I have to say, I do feel something. Very interesting. Almost a warming, calming. You can definitely feel something going on.

I like it. Has some perceivable positive effects with little stomach upset. The blue pee can be fun. Too early to tell if it is a 5 star product. Going to try some other reputable brands. This is one of those products that will depend upon your current condition. Your absorption and utilization. If you are doing great than it is a good product for health and longevity. If you are not doing so great, if may help you out of a rut. It may give you that boost and time to figure it out. Then make all the other necessary changes to maintain good health and happiness.

I used this product for about two months then stopped for about two months. After not taking it for two months my energy just dropped to almost nothing. Now I started taking it again, I have only used it for a couple of days now but I am already feeling my energy level go up. I would recommend this.

The negative reviews I read, several stated that they were nauseous and just felt an overall discomfort. I'd be willing to bet a lot that they are on SSRI, MAOI, or antipsychotic medications. Those have all been researched & never found any actual benefits. Look into that. The reason they felt like butt is because of something called serotonin syndrome. Too much serotonin and your not going to feel to hot at all whatever. Definitely do your research, but do it wisely and try to consider the fact the medical industrial cartel, has 0 interest in helping, or actually healing any1 of us. What money is there for them in that? None. I also read a book called the ultimate guide to methylene BLUE by Mark Sloan. Very very interesting, engaging, informative, educational and it keeps your attention. Everything the author says is backed with references. So if u want to learn the actual benefits, please save yourself, people u love, this is a game changer in every aspect of health! It's an antioxidant for starters, it definitely doesn't build up in your system. Antioxidant boost our immune systems, which is one if not the most important system our body's have. I swear it has saved my life. Literally! Please ignore the disinformation and try it! It'd be wonderful if they entire planet used it. We all need it! Peace
