Usually have difficulty with products like this as the seams from the product onto the shoe bed irritate my feet and I end up with blisters on the balls of me feet however this product worked fantastic. The seams did not bother the bottoms of my feet at all and my feet stayed in place even though I do not usually wear heels. They were softly padded unlike the hard gel ones or the flatter versions. They also did not make my feet sweaty. I would highly recommend this product as I have tried many others which are not comfortable but these allowed me to wear my dress shoes for the entire function even while dancing!

I had some beautiful new and very high heels that I was very worried about wearing for our yearly ball. I ordered these insoles, and the placement was very easy, so I tried the heels on and it was instantly comfortable, not thick-but definitely provides enough cushion, and my heels now fit like a glove! Our group was the last ones to leave the ball and we danced the night away! Literally, 4 hours of dancing with these insole supports and I kept my heels on the whole time. I usually ditch them early on and go barefoot, but I could barely tell I was even wearing my shoes. The insole pads did NOT budge, which I've never experienced from other brands (and you can see this in the picture). The morning after I usually suffer from aching feet. I had absolutely none thanks to these. I fully recommend these if you have any issues with ball-of-foot pain for regular shoes, want some extra grip for your feet, or have been putting off wearing your favorite or newest shoes because of pain. These are truly a lifesaver!

These foot pads allow me to comfortably wear heels again! So worth the extra bucks to not have to wear flats all the time to avoid pain. The pads take up a bit of room in the shoe, so keep that in mind. Highly recommend.

I have a pair of heels that has no cushion, so I bought these to alleviate the pain, but it made the shoe bearable, with out these at the end of the day I wouldn’t be able to stomach walking in the heels.

These worked great for my heels I wore to a 5+ hour concert. My feet were sore but not horribly so. The pads are well cushioned and don't slide at all. To apply it, I recommend gently folding it in a half moon and sliding it all the way to the top of the toe rather than trying to align the sole correctly. Works well for shoes with hard bottoms and no replaceable insole (or shoes you don't want to spend $50 to swap the insole out of)
