My son loved his bed so much! For reference he’s 6 years old and he fits in it perfectly! We got a 5 inch tall mattress for it and it was perfect(: the only complaint would be that the poles for under the bed were a little hard to align but my boyfriend just hammered it in and they fit. We did have to leave one of them out but the bed still functions fine without it. I would say for the price, it’s a great deal and I’m happy that I went with this bed! My children absolutely love their bunk bed! It was annoying to put together, but 100% worth it. Every piece was accounted for and they arrived in great shape. The instructions were easy to follow, too. Pro tip- use a drill. A tool is included, but it will take you much longer to screw in every piece. ... show more

All in all, it’s a sturdy and well built bunk bed. The kids enjoy it. Assembly was a bit frustrating at first. Installing the top bunk mattress supports (step one) requires two people. FALSE ADVERTISING! Ad clearly shows safety rail as squared corners AND rounded corners. But only squared, aka the more dangerous of the two options, is actually included in the box. When I contacted the seller to receive the missing piece or refund, seller refuses to provide either. Furthermore, item is RICKITY and UNSTABLE!! Moves A LOTTT despite myself & my husband tightening all the bolts as much as possible. This does NOT feel safe for my children to play on or under at all! Due to other reviewers repeatedly stating their items received seem very sturdy and wellbuilt, I am very concerned that I received a defective item. Again, seller refuses to make it right and does not care that my childrens safety is at risk due to their bad product. The bed overall looks good I guess. This was a pain to put together. I was missing a bolt for the very top of the house portion of the bed. The ladder has an edge that isn’t welded properly and I’m not sure if it will break off. The slats were incredibly difficult to put in on step 1. Overall the bed does look decent I suppose and my 4 year old does love it. The slide is also a bit steep, but he likes that haha. ... show more
