Not sure what happened when the bed was made that I received but one of the inserts for the screws did not match up with the rest. When I first put this bed together, I was initially pleased with the quality. All of the parts are made of heavy gauge square tubing. However, the weak point is the way the pieces bolt together. Less than 2 months of use by my boys, aged 11, 9 and 7, one of the legs has broken / stripped out such that it cannot be tightened again. Junk after just two months!! Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere. At least Home Depot has a 1yr warranty on furniture. Amazon's 30 day return window is a joke. ... show more

We wanted to buy a triple bunk bed for our 3 kids. This purchase seemed like the most cost-effective option. When we received the order, it was a hassle to assemble, and the hardware could only be tightened with an Allen key (limited tightening options). We've had the bed for only a month, and it is already falling apart. Although our kids are well within the weight limits, the bed is unstable and is very squeaky with each and every moment. If we could turn the hands of time, we would've gone with another option, even if it cost a bit more! ... show more

Once assembled it’s cute and sturdy. The directions have no written instructions the parts all look very similar and aren’t labeled so assemble took a while.

My son and I had put together all three beds when we realized the headboard and footboard were on the wrong end that's why the top bunk wouldn't match up. Waste of time.

If I could 0 stars I would. Just horrible. I set up the bed and not even 2 days of use. The metal bent. The parts snapped off and now my to get a return it’s horrible. Horrible customer service. Just spend your hard earned money somewhere else.
