I can’t say enough about this cabinet. Didn’t take much effort to assemble , time yes but it wasn’t hard. And I did it by myself with the tools they send with it so it’s a really easy job. So easy a caveman could do it.. well probably not as they would probably smash it :/. Anyways no missing parts no complaints. I can’t believe it’s as cheap as it is cause it’s really nice! Storage is adjustable all with what they send you so you have everything you need. It’s sturdy and the instructions are easy to follow. I was able to set up the finger scan in just one try. Only issue I had was the battery was dead but I replaced it and it’s worked ever since. And there is a small dent but I chalk that up to shipping as the packaging was plenty padded. Accidents happen and it’s not bad enough to make me not love it! ... show more

    • So Close, Yet So Far

I think this is a "get what you pay for item." I want so badly to be pleased with it, but ultimately that may depend on what kind of support I get from the manufacturer. The Good: This cabinet is the perfect size and configuration for my needs. The shelves and their mounting mechanism seem sturdy. It's a straightforward build, if a little awkward at moments. Took me about an hour using only the included(!) screwdriver. The Less-Than-Good: I've yes to order a flat-packed sheet metal item that didn't suffer bending and damage in shipping. This was no exception. While it was well-packaged around the middle, the ends were quite unprotected. I was able to bend it back to shape and it works fine, but less than ideal. Also, it's impossible to remove the guide stickers (luckily they are in the inside of the cabinet) and the application of any solvent takes the paint right off. The Bad/Ugly: The fingerprint lock is atrocious, as are the instructions on setting it. Despite following them precisely it doesn't work at all. I can't bear to lock the cabinet as intended, because the chances of me getting back into it are virtually zero. The lock is truly garbage; I should have know to avoid the fingerprint version, but at least now you do. So, for the moment, it's a nice set of shelves in a cabinet that won't close or lock. I've asked the manufacturer to provide a different style lock, will update my review if they make it right. Overall, it's a decent value for the money, assuming I can get a working lock on it.
