So it appears the complaints about this product are in general, shipping issues. It does come in 3 separate boxes and may arrive on seperate days..Two of the packages are indeed heavy but it's what you bought. The tent was very easy to erect. My wife actually put most of it together while I was at work. All parts were marked clearly. No tools required other than pounding the stakes into the ground. It appears to be very sturdy. It looks good on the property.. we've had a few heavy rain s and no leaks visible. We're using it for temporary storage during a moving process so we also bought a tarp for the ground as well as cinder blocks for weight around the perimeter. Total investment was less than $450.00 as the tent was on sale when purchased. We would highly recommend the product. We're considering buying a second one now.

The frame for this carport is excellent. I was able to install by myself and I'm 83YO , All the screw holes are pre punched so the frame goes together straight and true . Everything is powder coated and covered with shrink wrap. My only negative with the building is the short roof/siding panels . There is too many seams and places for leaks. The panels are about 5 feet'6 inches long for shipping . The building looks real nice when its finished. My driveway was only 11 feet wide so I mounted my carport on 4x16 solid concrete blocks and used 6 earth anchors to keep it from blowing away.

Surprisingly easy to assemble! All parts included as expected. Ran into one issue with 8 cross supports that were pictured in the instructions with 90 bends at each end. Delivered without bends but with score marks. Couldn’t reach maker and Amazon customer service email answered a two day response delay , so we used a vice and did the bending ourselves. It worked and we carried on. We suggest planning for a slight slope on the base to drain the rain swiftly to the one end. We adjusted more after construction and our first rain. Unit is sturdy and my car is happy. We took the side panel from one side towards our garage and put it on the opposite side for more protection.

I wanted to like this. I bought this in August. The specifications said it would hold up in blizzard conditions and could hold 100 pounds per square foot. It also said it could hold a snow load of over 20 pounds per square foot. That should have been a red flag when it was giving contradicting dramatically different loads. On paper this was a lot stronger than other carports. I followed the instructions when I put this up a month ago. Everything was tight and I was very happy with how it turned out. We had our first snow this week. It turns out what they advertised was a lot of crap. This carport has collapsed onto the classic car which it was built to protect. The car is now damaged. It turns out the weak points are the joints. They folded onto themselves. I reached out to the company and they offered me a $200 refund. They cited I was using the carport for some months. It’s been one month, and it doesn’t matter if I had used it for months when it won’t even hold up under the first snow. I am now out a carport and my car is damaged and they want to offer me $200. That won’t replace the carport or fix the damage to the car. I told them what happened and sent them pictures and this company wants to shut me up with $200. Stay very far away from this thing…

I purchased the 12' x 20' metal carport, and the installation was straightforward. The instruction manual was well-written with easy-to-understand diagrams. You will definitely need another person to help with the frame setup. The material feels solid and well-made but is light enough to easily assemble. I contacted the seller (K Knowbody) for assistance, and they responded right away with helpful answers. I highly recommend the carport from the seller, K Knowbody.

The structure/frame is solidly built but the building leaks heavily. I’m an experienced builder and followed the instructions clearly. One bit of advice I would provide on any of these structures with small roof panels would be to make sure the frame is square before beginning the roof panels. When we measured initially corner to corner, the frame was 18” out of square—which is crazy in 20’. Several of our panels arrived dented from shipping (metal panels are very thin). The seller was very responsive and sent out 10 new panels quickly. We addressed the leaking by installing a heavy gauge tarp over the top. Not ideal but it works and doesn’t look bad.

Great carport . Good quality and very sturdy. Very pleased with this purchase. Only issue is it does leak water but that doesn’t bother me I am using it for sun protection for my suv that it does fantastic.
