I needed a new bed frame that was sturdy and had the metal slats so I could toss out the foundation. I am 5’ 6” and 240 pounds so it had to be sturdy! I selected this bed frame, as it has all the features I want, but it also had to be easy to put together, since I would be the only would setting it up. I’m disabled and over weight and I found it challenging to set the bed frame up, but I did it. The package had all the supplies I needed to set it up. It took me 60 minutes to set it up. I have been sleeping on the frame for 6 weeks now, and it’s perfect. It’s sturdy and it doesn’t make noise when I get in and out of the bed. Additionally, this frame has great underneath storage.

I hate this bed frame. I read a lot of reviews before I ordered....I have come to the conclusion that people either A. assembled and never slept in the bed (air b&b owners) B. Use a c-pap machine and can't hear C. Are hard of hearing and don't notice squeaking D. Use heavy sleeping pills like "ambien" or alcohol and pass out This bed frame is THE WORST. Putting together was about what I expected as far as difficulty. Be warned the frame when it comes into the middle isn't terribly sturdy/secure and here is where the squeaking comes in. Roll over, squeak. Pull up blankets, squeak. Adjust pillow, squeak. Turn to look at the alarm clock squeak. Move arm to adjust, squeak. Adjust leg because you're uncomfortable, squeak. Reach for tissue. SQUEAK. I sleep with a noise maker and an ear plug (yes just 1...I've been doing it for 20 years, don't ask...I apparently switch the plug in my sleep so I just use one as I'm a side sleeper) ANYWAY! I can still hear the squeaking, , grinding of the metal rubbing together. Yes, potential consumer of this bed...it is THAT bad. Please save yourself from purchasing, hauling into your house, unboxing, assembling and un-assembling to return, You WILL regret this purchase. I tried it for 11 nights until I couldn't take it anymore. My mattress was on the floor until my husband build a replacement out of wood. No squeaks and solid platform. Also, the finish is bumpy and not a smooth black finish. Look elsewhere. Happy Sleeping.

I bought this frame for my guest bedroom as my son and wife were coming for the holidays. I received it quickly and the only issue I had was the bag of bolts that is in separate compartments,labeled well was opened. Some bolts were scattered in the box. Regardless the instructions were easy to follow and the frame went together easy… It’s perfect for a quest room.

Unfortunately my product came very bent and out of shape. I didn’t take pictures of all the places but the headboard was the worst and even after trying to bend it back it still isn’t straight. I wasn’t wanting to fight the bed to get it back apart to return, but I wouldn’t buy again. The mattress also slides around on top, because it doesn’t have grooves to sit down in. Overall the look of the bed once it’s set up is very nice. But it doesn’t seem very practical for kids with the way the mattress sits and I was very disappointed by how hard I had to work to bed out all the metal pieces just so I could assemble it.
