I originally bought the MESCOMB Upgraded Infrared 6-in-1 Hot Air Styler specifically for an upcoming trip from the US to Spain. I needed something truly dual-voltage (100V-240V) and reliable, but I had some trouble confirming if the voltage switching was automatic. The Customer Service is Unmatched: I reached out to their support team, and they were phenomenal, and have followed up with me multiple times! Not only did they patiently answer all my technical questions, but they went above and beyond! Performance & Results: I just used the dryer for the first time tonight, and WOW! I’ve only tried the diffuser attachment so far, and "powerful" is an understatement. The Power: It dried my hair incredibly fast without feeling like I was frying it. The Results: My curls are absolutely rockin’! They are defined, bouncy, and look professional. The Swap: This was supposed to be just for international travel, but it’s so effective that it’s officially replacing my everyday hair dryer at home. The Total Package: The attention to detail is GREAT! It comes with a heat-resistant glove (definitely use it, as the attachments do get hot due to the power!) and a fabulous zippered carrying case that keeps everything organized for travel AND at home. Overall nice product and variety of attachments. Chose over Dyson because I needed Dual voltage for European travel. One major flaw - there is no good hand placement. The temperature and fan speed buttons are on the handle exactly where the hand placement should be for best grip and rotation. The buttons are overly sensitive and easily changed if your fingers brush past the buttons. If you place your hand below the buttons, your hand interferes with the air intake at the base of the handle - makes using it very fussy. ... show more
