I definitely think this is an easy assembly. I did it by myself, everything was included as needed and labeled easily (so well that I could do it half asleep after waking up at 4 for work!) The bed frame is wider than a standard full mattress and I keep hitting my leg against the lower frame bar. I wish I knew this before putting it together or else I would have bought a different one.

So I have to say that this bed was a pain in my butt, because it didn't come with instructions like it said it would. Tried finding the pdf on line and search the manufacturer, no luck. Figured it all out within an hour after lots of corrections. My complaint right now is the snap in plastic pieces to hold the bed bars are crap. Didnt snap in easy and look like they might break.
