super comfortable and surprisingly warmer than i thought it would be. i had to say i didn’t have much faith in warmth for a puffy jacket off amazon, but i get to look cute and stay warm in this!! i wore it on halloween when it was snowing and only had a hoodie on underneath it and it was the only part of my body that stayed warm! i’m 5’9 and usually a size l/xl on tops, i got the xl jacket and it fits great. the sleeves aren’t too short, they maybe could be just a fingers width longer but that’s just bc i have long arms. i’ve had no issues with the zipper getting caught, it glides smooth and easy. the color is a perfect almond color, looks super cute with browns and tans. i actually got lots of compliments on it when i wore it!!

Wasn't sure about it, thought it might be too bulky. It's not that bulky, it's cozy, very warm, and I really like the color. If it had a hood I would purchase it in more colors. Will keep an eye and if it goes on sale I'll probably order the black one anyway! Ordered the medium first but had to return it for the small. I'm usually a med/large. Update after wearing a bit: I really like it. I notoriously hate coats and I've been living in this. I also don't review many things.

The media could not be loaded. The perfect puffy jacket! I get so many compliments on this, and it is just as warm as it is cute. Well-made, with a trendy style, and the price point is the best part of all. I’m definitely going to get this in another color for the season!

I liked this coat a lot. The quality was really nice and the color was true to the photos, however it was larger than I was expecting. The coat seems warm enough for cold winter weather. It was super thick and puffy. I returned due to size but might try an XSmall instead.

I live in Wisconsin where we get some pretty harsh winters. This coat isn't built for that; however, it's great until it gets below freezing. After that, I switch to a different coat. I like the puffy, oversized feel and style of this jacket. It's comfy and keeps me warm in the temps mentioned above.

I ordered this in black and really like it. I did size down to a medium after first ordering a large which was big and too oversized since it is also puffy. The weight is nice for cool days but don’t know that I would call it a coat for heavy winter. Seems a little thin for that but that being said I like the way it feels on. It’s easy to go over a sweater and get your arms in there.

The seller deliberately have conflicting descriptions on the jacket. The seller claims in the title and product details that the jacket is down while it says fabric type is full polyester. Well, I can tell you that the jacket I received is 100% polyester, not down! Wouldn't have bought the jacket if I had known it was not down. Way too expensive for a polyester puffer jacket.
