Update: November 17th: Still no refund and they picked it up finally last Thursday but know I had to deal directly with the shipper because Amazon didn’t assist with anything. I only received the 1 box with the footboard and slats. We asked the driver where the rest of the bed was and the driver said that’s everything. Worked with Amazon chat with several different agents for days, returning because even the return has been a headache. Color looks nice, material is soft and smooth. I don’t usually write reviews but if I can spare anyone the headache I dealt with I figure it’s worth it. The shipping took forever and came way later than it was originally estimated for. When it finally arrived, the product came missing the footboard and slats which I didn’t think should be a big deal; I figured they’d lost one box and could easily get me the replacement. Couldn’t have been more wrong. I called the manufacturer for the parts per Amazon’s instruction, they were completely useless and refused to help me with anything and told me “the other parts could still be on the way.” Amazon was unable to provide the missing parts so I tried to return it. They tried to make me drop off the product myself when the headboard box alone is too big for a standard pickup truck. I lost count of how many phone calls I’ve had over this bed to get everything resolved. It was a huge pain; save yourself the trouble and just buy it from Wayfair for the extra $200. ... show more
