The packaging is excellent, and nothing arrived damaged. They do not include an instruction manual. Instead, you need to watch their YouTube video on how to assemble it. The computerized voice gets most of the words right. Assembly is extremely simple, and it took me about 10 minutes. They provide all the tools you need. As far as practical things, the humidity is controlled from a source outside of the incubator, so you don’t need to open it up to add water. I like this because then you don’t lose heat. You can space the rollers out in different ways to accommodate different sized eggs. I cross-checked the temperature and humidity with my own instruments, and this is a very accurate machine. I really like how tall the sides are because it gives the air plenty of room to circulate. I mean, you could probably fit an ostrich egg in this thing. But what I appreciate the most about this incubator is that it comes with fitted Styrofoam for when the ambient room temperature gets low. I have two other incubators, and one is an Amazon best seller. They both require that I wrap them in blankets because the temperature in my house gets so cold at night. It is great that they provided some insulation especially for this purpose, because I definitely need it. They also included some other extras like a spray bottle and some fancy tweezers. This is my second automatic turning incubator, and I won’t go back to the manual variety. I just keep my manual one for emergency purposes at this point. ... show more

This is wonderful and so much nicer than my old one! Works great and absolutely no issues so far. Assembly was very easy and started using it right away!
