These shoes are a sleek and comfortable causal tennis shoe. I got mine in white (the more clean cut looking one, not the raw hemmed version), so they would be versatile to wear with leggings, jeans, casual dresses, skirts, etc. and so far I’ve been very happy with them! Since they didn’t offer half sizes, (I’m usually right around an 8.5) I opted for a 9. They are a little big, but I’d rather them be a bit too big than too small and uncomfortable. So overall, I’d say they run fairly true to size, maybe just slightly bigger. Plus I’m pregnant with my 3rd baby, and I often find my feet grow a half size or so throughout pregnancy and remain for a while into the postpartum time, so these should still fit well through all of that. As others have mentioned, these come with a film stuck to the bottom of the soles, which is a bit odd; so that needs to be removed before wearing otherwise it’s far too slippery. It leaves a slight sticky residue on the bottom for the first wear or two, but then that eventually goes away. Tread on the bottom is minimal, so don’t plan to wear if you need tread for walking, hiking, etc. With these being such a pretty white color, I’d like to try and keep them that way for as long as possible, so I only wear them when I know I won’t be outside in dirty spaces (which is always a toss up with a 5 and 3 year old! 🤪) The last interesting thing about these shoes is that the laces are stretchy. You can just keep them knotted at the end and not tied; or as I have found, I want them a little tighter than that so I stretch the laces enough to tie them in little bows and it gets a little snugger to my foot. Overall, these are a good value and a nice shoe! If you can snag them on a discount, that’s even better!
