My daughter LOVES this area rug. It is just what she wanted for her room. It feels so good on my bare feet - she hates when I walk across it just to feel the fluff haha! Hard to keep our dogs off it (they love laying on fluffy things), so we have to shake it off outside once in a while. Haven't had to wash it yet, so can't comment on that. Overall, it is a hit! It’s very soft.. I combed up it with a brush .. perfect .. Here’s the thing .. like the others said .. which is true .. it’s not a 3ft by 5ft .. I Measured it . That’s when I was like oh my .. why haven’t they corrected that .. it a 3ft by 4ft .. .. this would have been the perfect rug .. the size got me .. misleading info .. .. but for the price .. what you expect .. ... show more

Very soft, once washed the thickness comes out with in the rug. It comes in a vacuumed bag, once removed it seems thin but wash it on gentle cycle, put into dryer on air dry no heat for 20 mins, it will still be some what wet but not soaked, leave it in the dryer and put it on 20 mins timed dry, bam it’s all fluffed up and thick.     • Awesome shag rug hard to clean
Lola loves this shag rug. One time she even poo'd on it. oops. Well that was a problem cause its so hard to clean this thing. So I let it dry out in the sun and then just cut out the parts that were dirty. Can barely even notice any less shag in those areas.
