First off, it came in a vacuum package. So disappointed!!! It looked like a wet cat. The rug is NOT fluffy at all (see pics) and extremely slippery. The bottom is made of a cheap flannel material that feels like paper. This junk is going back!!

What a find! This rug is sooooo soft! I LOVE stepping out of bed onto this rug, I smile every time. :) Not only is it soft, but it looks way more expensive than it was. And I have not experienced any shedding at all. I am VERY HAPPY with this purchase!!!

Update: after rolling the rug up for a while it began to have a smell of old fur. The box is misleading its small and compact but once you open it the rug comes to life. After about a day it rises to its full softness. I highly recommend this rug. I cleaned it recently with a shoe cleaner brush and there was minimal shedding. I love this rug BUY one

For the money its EXACTLY what I expected. We needed a rug to cover a large space but still look nice on a budget. Thos does exactly that. Its not super thick and obviously not real "shag" its more like bath matt thick and "animal plushy" type plush. The one down side i could see being an issue without the right tools, is cleaning. If you have a hand vac or other light type vacuum. That will work. But a regular powered vacuum would probably eat this carpet up and shred it. Luckily i do have a hand vac. Over all good buy!
